“New customers only” preferential rates!!!
I was a huge fan, but sadly the “new customers only”
Bandwagon has arrived… as a long term customer I can secure 3.5% on easy access… whilst new customers can secure 4.56%
So I’m closing my accounts, and my mothers.
Short sighted marketing.
