Very pleased with monument, the app is excellent, very easy to use, facial recognition login is excellent with no more having to remember passwords. Like how the app shows daily interest gain and to top it off a high interest rate and easy access. Highly recommended.

Very good rate of interest and the app is extremely informative and easy to use. Transfer in from another ISA provider went very smoothly and only took a couple of days. So easy - I have been waiting 10 days for first active to attempt to open an account for me! This Monument account was opened and funded in 5 minutes - ok the minimum balance is higher than first active ( possibly why not on Martin Lewis) but so is the rate!very pleased so far

Clear and straightforward onboarding process. Nice choice of fixed term and instant access savings products. Responsive customer service via live chat through app (also by other methods but I haven’t tried those). Very good.

My husband and I both opened our easy access savings account about a year or so ago as it’s a great place to keep your go to emergency stash and at the time with the best interest rates in town and safe in the knowledge that you can TRUST this company ( a very important attribute in this somewhat uncertain world). Service has been second to none - nice helpful knowledgeable people who answer the phone to speak to you - yes, they do have human interaction at this bank, once again a very important attribute in this ever changing world. In short I cannot fault this bank - can highly recommend these very good people to look after your money.
