Monument have come up with a really good banking package which puts the old institutions to shame. The app is intuitive and the account easy to set up. The money transfers are quick and you get notifications to say they are done. Customer service is friendly and efficient. If only all banking was this enjoyable!

I found dealing with Monument staff was a delight as I am nearing 70 and am fairly flummoxed by computers, endless passwords and code numbers (but also because I have been autistic since birth) and it was like dealing with a fast and efficient, kind family member!
Need I say more? I will definitely save with them again in the future.

Simple and extremely quick.
The App is very easy to use and the funds were transferred across in 24 hours from ISA to ISA.

Straight forward, without any gobbledegook.

All enquires handled efficiently and in friendly manner. The app is pretty intuitive and fairly simple to use without any of the flash gizmos used by a lot of banks which only serve to confuse.

Excellent sign up process, rate and account opening. Cannot fault the process, it is clear, concise and all completed from initial identification of ISA to transferring in within 2 days.
Easy app, easy layout, not cluttered and no advertising - highly recommend.

Easy to open with a good interest rate. Withdrawals are virtually instant to my linked account.

I've been with Monument since late last year and would highly recommend them. Their customer service via the app ( not a bot ) is very efficient and recently they paid me an unexpected loyalty bonus into my current account. When you join they give you an enhanced interest rate for a year too. Highly recommended!

I emailed Monument services for some information on one of my ISAs I wished to move to them, my provider was not on their list, to see if it could be done other than electronically expecting a email a couple days later, I was very pleased to receive a phone call and chat to one of their personal Nick who went through a few security questions and then gave me all the information I needed and a few extra tips on the way forward with my other transfers to them I am making, this gave me great confidence in what I needed to do and in Monument as a company to deal with, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone
