We are very pleased with our new wet room which has been much admired. We are very grateful to the whole team for making this happen so efficiently. In particular, Damian, our fitter, was excellent. At all times he worked hard and skilfully and was also very considerate to us and our circumstances.

Passmore
Passmore, part of the More Ability Group, installed an assisted living wet room for my 90 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s Disease. I found them to be always courteous, responsive to our questions and gave sound advice regarding products and installation. Full documentation (plans, invoices, insurance etc) provided. Installation completed to a very high standard and at the agreed time. Excellent customer care.

A new shower at 90…
The thought of having a new shower at 90 is daunting any they took all the stress out of it.
Delighted with the results. I didn’t think I’d use a seat in the shower but it makes it so much easier and safer.

Excellent from start to finish
From meeting the designer to the completion of the work we have received first class service .The finished product is very good and the person who undertook the job is one of the best installers I have ever used. The after sales service to correct any problems is first class.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great job!
A huge thanks to our installer. He was smashing and extremely patient with my Mum. She was sad to see him leave bless her. We were delighted with his work and I personally am so grateful that Mum was in safe and kind hands.
The finished result is beautiful.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone in the area.
I would also like to shout out to all the staff I dealt with; Simon for the design and Jo for the planning and to your efficient and lovely staff in the Leeds office.

Wet room installation
From the initial showroom visit and project discussions with Andy, through to final works inspection with Dave, the More Bathrooms team were all excellent. Special thanks to fitter Mario, and electrician Kirk, for their diligent work, done to a very high standard. Their technical input and suggestions were also very good when required. At all times work was done in a courteous and professional manner but always with the client in mind, much appreciated. We are very pleased with our new wet room area and would highly recommend More Bathrooms.

I was told Passmore were good by…
I was told Passmore were good by someone who’s parents had had a new bathroom put in. I’m in the building trade but needed a firm that could do the whole job at one go to keep upset down to a minimum. I have one parent with Alzheimer’s and one with limited movement. Passmore we’re great, start to finish. I know we paid more than my friends in the trade would have charged but the service, workmanship, communication and peace of mind were worth the extra. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous Wetroom
Thanks to Andy's hard work and expertise we now have a fabulous wetroom. As promised, it was started and completed by Andy and he was a pleasure to have in the house. We enjoyed his company and he tolerated us and our dogs I can't believe how he worked in such a smsll space whilst keeping the whole area exceptionally ckean and tidy whilst he worked. Based on Andy's work I would strongly recommend Plasmore to anyone.

Complete accessible bathroom from ground up. Cannot fault it from start to finish. Only a couple of very minor hiccoughs totally out of the company's control but dealt with quickly. More Ability went above and beyond. Would use again in a heartbeat.
