I ordered some lino and unfortunately it had a split on it, i got in touch with moreforyourfloor and without any hassle they sent me another roll and picked the damaged roll up. They were quick to answer and sort delivery and pick up. I WOULD recommend moreforyourfloor if you want hassle free shopping

The customer service was brilliant, there had been problems with the couriers, but I cannot fault the effort of the vendors team to put it right. The carpet is exactly what we wanted

I ordered the liberty heather twist in ash grey for my daughters room, After laying on underlay the difference between this and her old one which i paid nearly treble for from a local indie shop the difference was honestly minimal to the eye and feel. I honestly only ordered this as i was on a budget but after i layed it i ordered the exact same one for my sons room and mine due to the quality.

I have just laid brand new laminate flooring in the living room and i am seriously thinking about taking it up and laying the same carpet.

Regarding delivery that was also excellent the first carpet i ordered turned up earlier and the second they gave me a day and a timeframe and it was there,

The driver who delivered mine was also a top bloke even when i offered to pull them off the van and carry them in the house he refused.

I have reccomended more for your floor already to people who need flooring and will continue to do so

More for your floor gave an excellent service, I was sent samples for free and then when I made my choice and ordered it was delivered the next day.
I can’t praise them highly enough. I would definitely buy from them again and have recommended them to all my friends.

Carpet is great quality but that is about all the positive I can say! Ordered the carpet that was due on the Tuesday but nothing so I tried to call the company but the number is not working. I then emailed via eBay and the email address on their website on the Wednesday. The item arrived on the Thursday and I finally had a response from the company on the Friday (this took 3 days for them to email me)
Finally we had the carpet fitter try to lay the carpet (which I had to pay for his service) when we realised we had been sent a 5x5 carpet and not a 6x6 again on the Friday emailed the company but had no response till the Tuesday. Each time I would ask if someone would call me (as a response from a email was taking 2-3 days they would email again) eventually a week later my new carpet was sent out. There was no real apology from the company and I wouldn’t recommend using because of your order is incorrect there is no customer support there. The company have now responded back to me and have offered compensation towards the carpet fitter that we paid for on the original date. After the issues they have been quick to respond back to my email.

Ordered a carpet from More For Your Floors last weekend 20/03/2021.The price to supply and deliver was unbeatable from any supplier I found . Even the local carpet suppliers were no were as near to there price ,for a Cormar sensation heather's carpet in coral white . The highest price quoted was £23.99mtr from a local supplier who when asked about delivery took my number and never rang back. I was quoted a price of £16.69 mtr from More for your floor with a £14 delivery charge . The majority of online suppliers were asking £19.99 mtr with a delivery charge of £37/45 with a three week delivery . You can say how delighted we were to find out on the Monday 21/03/2021 that the carpet would be delivered next day from More for your floors . The carpet arrived on Tuesday the 22/03/2021 around 2pm . On unwrapping the carpet prior to cutting to size I found 2 no holes in it. However on measuring the carpet was able to eliminate the damaged area from the area required . Wether this had been a customer return or damaged in transit I would never know. However as stated managed to cut the carpet to the required size ,so no harm done . If I could not have managed to do this then a replacement would have been required ,but never went down this road . I was impressed with More for your floors as I saved quite a bit on the price and delivery was spot on . Should I require more products would not hesitate giving them a call or order online as they beat everyone,s price hands down

Our purchase from this company was a truly pleasant experience. From beginning to end the transaction was smooth and helpful. The customer service was exemplary. The couriers were extremely thoughtful. Would recommend More for your Floor to anybody.

I ordered cloud 9 underlay 12mm but what I got was half 12mm and half 8mm joined together with a tape join halfway through the roll.I had to run around to get more underlay that was 12mm to match the 12mm I had as the carpet fitter waited . I have emailed this company a dozen times but they have not resolved this issue and have just fogged me off . I would not recommend them at all !! Very disappointing!!

I've brought a number of varying floorings from this company over the years and I've always been impressed at the quality they supply, also the speed of delivery! I had cause to ring them today and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional to deal with. Will definitely be back for more in the future.

I always buy all my carpet and lino from MoreforyourfloorUk and they have never let me down yet.
They send top quality items out straight away and it arrives literally within days of purchasing even during the pandemic when you'd think it would be hard to get something like this.
If you have any problem with your item just give them a l call and they do everything they can to rectify the problem even if it means sending the item back, they sort out collection and change the item for you no problems.

So if your looking for a decent product at great prices with quick delivery then look no further I can not recommend them enough I give them 10/10 and wouldn't use anyone else now.
