Bought Charlotte Orthopedic Suede Boots - didn't fit right, asked for return within 2 weeks of receipt. No response on my return request and it has now been more than 30 days. They don't seem to have any intention of honoring the return.

Not only were they dishonest about the materials used in the boots, when asked several times by email, they would either ignore the direct question or lie again. I have pictures and emails to document everything I am saying. They offered to give me a refund but not to pay for return shipping. You’re told you are buying in the US, but returns go to Asia or Europe. One address they list is in the Netherlands. My husband researched approximate shipping cost and it was going to be about what I paid for the boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their merchandise photographs well in their ads but it is cheap JUNK!

Taking sooooo long to receive ordered items, i'm afraid they won't make them to me.
Hoping this isn't a scam.
Please tell me it's not so.

I gave a 4 star rating because of the length of time for shipping without any tracking. Took about 4 weeks to receive. The boots were actually very nice though

Cheap ,cheap. cheap no orthopedic in boots! NOT comfortable .
No customer service I want to return they won't answer.

I felt Like the information given on the oreptectic boots we right on track. They were very honest, I was skeptical at first. But loved the look of the boots , and the way they looked . I needed something comfortable due to having alot of surgeries on my legs. They are the most best I've ever wore. Im thinking about getting me another pair only a gray color.
The only problem is deliver seems to be to long . It got around 2 1/2 weeks to get my books . Otherwise im extremely happy with this company. Judy Carswell

My boots arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as advertised. I am very happy with my experience

Good email updates on my delivery, though it took a while to receive it. Nice looking boots. I like them.

These boots are gorgeous! The truth is though, that you don't have to sacrifice comfort for fashion. These are extremely comfortable and so easy to wear. I almost forgot to mention that the price is super reasonable! These are great quality for next ti nothing.

So they were extremely late coming. I asked for a refund and was told no. They finally got here and I will never order anything suggested off of IG again. Poor quality of shoes. The boots were on sale and had I bought them at full price I would’ve been really upset. The lining is a cheap fleece which shed just putting the “laces” in which if you pull to hard they will break. These will not last long at all. They are very narrow and I couldn’t even get my foot in them and I have a very small narrow foot. They are made of a cheap plastic. I ended up donating them. They don’t look anything like the picture.

This company is a scam and not a USA company. They claim to offer a 100 % return on unused items, but that is not true. The boots I ordered were made with a cheap fabric and not a good quality material nor orthopedic as advertised. When I contacted the company to schedule a return, they kept trying to get me to keep the boots and receive a 50% store credit instead. When I persisted, after numerous emails, they told me I would have to pay the shipping cost and sent me a return address in Holland, which would have cost as much as my original purchase to return. Obviously, it made no sense to send the boots back, so I am stuck with unusable merchandise. Whatever you do, please do not fall for this scam and order from Morgan and Madison.

The boots are great. Fit well and look good. Just a little slow on delivery.

These boots are beautiful. Arrived in a reasonable time frame. Size was exactly as I expected and they are so comfortable

The boots are pretty but uncomfortable, cheaply made and absolutely NOT worth the money! The ad said made in North Carolina, so I thought American made, great! But not so! They refused to let me return them when they didn't fit. After 6 emails and multiple, ridiculous offers of discounts on next purchases, they agreed to let me send them back. However, they sent me an address in Holland, and I had to pay for shipping to return them to Holland. AND only after a series of inspections and approvals of various departments would they consider giving me my money, back, minus shipping.
They are a TERRIBLE company, they make TERRIBLE shoes-do not waste your money!!

Love these boots! Very comfortable and well made.

I ordered a turtleneck sweater and a pair of boots. A month later, they finally arrived, and the sweater was actually a cheap polyester shirt with a printed scene that I would never wear. The boots were cheap, and the left one was a size smaller than the right. It was difficult to get in touch with the company. When I did, they made me send them an email. They responded a few days later, and offered me 50% off my next order instead of fixing the problem or providing me with a refund. I told them I wanted a refund and when I bought the items, it said that they would send a return shipping label. They said they no longer do that, and I’d have to ship it back myself to Norway. I bought an envelope for $3.15 to mail the products back, and went to UPS, where they told me the shipping address was in a remote area and it would cost me $300 to send back my $112.85 order. I called my credit card company and received a refund.

I debated on ordering these boots and finally decided to get the light brown. Once they arrived and I wore them, they were so beautiful and comfortable I ordered another pair in the black!!! I am now considering ordering my third pair!! Absolutely love the way they look and feel! Highly recommend!
