I ordered the orthopedic boots and there's nothing orthopedic about them. Not any kind of cushion inside. When try to return they just want to give you a 50% store credit and if you insist on returning for refund they give you a Netherlands address knowing darn well that it cost more to ship it back.

Horrible company . The clothes and boots are poorly made and won't last a month. I am trying to return them in original packaging and completely unused and I am getting the run around. I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought them. Buyer beware!!

Very nice and comfortable. My size is wide 11 but I purchased 11 and a half and fit perfectly.

Great Variety and Quality
Shopping online was super easy and I liked the variety in each category. Boots, shoes and blouses fit and quality is great!

Although the boots are too narrow and I need to return them, the company is trying to remedy the situation without me having to spend money returning the product.

The boots are VERY COMFORTABLE! when you can forget what's on your feet. Well need I say more?

I saw an ad for Morgan and Madison Orthopaedic boots on FB and purchased a pair. They offered 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. They took almost a month to arrive and the quality was sub par at best. They were NO WAY orthopedic and were some of the worst quality shoes I have ever seen. I attempted to get info on a return and instead got the run around. Finally after hammering them for 2 weeks they sent a return address in the Netherlands and said I would have to pay to return them and after inspection they would decide on whether to refund my money!! Total SCAMMERs and they need to be prevented from continuing to steal hardworking peoples money

Love my new boots! Fit exactly as described and they look exactly like the picture. Can’t wait to wear them.

I love my blue and ivory boots. They fit nice on my feet! I ordered a brown pair and they turned out to be orange! I’d love to turn those back in and get a 38 black of the same style of boots! I wear a size 12 1/2 to 13 in women’s shoes so it’s very difficult to find stylist shoes that fit me comfortably. When I saw Morgan and Madison‘s knee-high boots came in a 12 1/2, I thought I would give it a try as the price was the reasonable. It took a bit of time for them to get to me (two weeks), but the company updated me as to the tracking and sent me another coupon to make up for the delay. When the boots arrived, they were as BEAUTIFUL as I had hoped when I took them out of the package, but they had a very strong smell to them. I tucked a couple of dryer sheets in each boot and let them off gas in another room and they were perfectly fine within a couple of hours. What I couldn’t believe was that when I put them on just they were so COMFORTABLE! There’s no need to break them in. They are comfy, cushiony, and every bit the size 12 1/2 that I ordered! I am so pleased with my boots. I turned right around and ordered another pair! I just received them and they fit exactly the same as the first pair and are just as beautiful. I highly recommend these boots! I will definitely be ordering from Morgan and Madison again!

Don’t ever buy anything from them, they do false advertisement. I ordered a pair of boots, thinking they were real leather and suede , that is what they offer and their advertisement. I receive a cheap material in plastic boots.. I tried to request a refund like they offer at 30 days guarantee refund, and they keep giving you the round and around asking for pictures then finally send you an address out of the country.,wish you will cost more than the boots to send them back. This is ridiculous…… please please don’t order anything from them!!

I love these boots! So soft and luxurious and stylish. I will be walking around Paris in them so I really appreciate the comfort.
