If I could rate this product with a complete 0 it still wouldn’t be good enough. Bought 2 pairs of boots. I was so excited to receive and to my surprise the boots were horrible. I sent them pics and they sent me return address of Zuid Hollander in Netherlands. Sorry but to save anyone from making same mistake it cost me 35.00 to return 65.00 purchase it was a customs return. I would never order from this company they advertised United States not correct. I should have looked at all the bad reviews before I placed my order.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Beautiful color and great fit.

I bought 4 dresses that were on promotion. The poor quality items were delivered in about 10 days. I requested return instructions the next day and received a number of messages discouraging me from doing so, offering additional discounts on other items, etc.

After I declined all offers, I was provided a return address in China. It cost me $50.90 to send the items with a Certificate of Mailing and a tracking number provided by the postal service. The postage was costly but the net value of the return was worth it to me. 45 days after I mailed the return, 30 days after the notification that the return had cleared customs, I opened a dispute with my card issuer. That started a series of messages asking that I withdraw the claim so that they could look into things and possibly refund -- something my card issuer had warned me not to do. 3 months after I mailed the return, 2½ months after the package cleared customs, and after numerous messages from M&M in which they lied and said they could not refund while a dispute was in process, the dispute was closed in my favor. I would never recommend that anyone do business with these people

I love my boots, they fit so well.

Company stated orthapedic boots, you could walk all day in. Pathetic! Worst boots ever! No comfort about them. Flimsy material, flat soles. The Jacket I ordered, shorter than mentioned . Sweater is huge and lousy made. I should have read reviews first. Bad mistake! They did offer 50% on next order. No Way. To return, cost would be $ 77.00. Iam eating my loss, and canceling credit card as well! Big Scam. Hope this helps people to be aware.

SCAM!!! Items poor quality and sizes are way off so you will have to return or exchange. They make you return the items to THE NETHERLANDS even though they ship from the US. This is to prevent them from ever having to refund anything because it costs as much or more to ship the return than the items cost. It was going to cost me $74.97 to ship a very light weight pair of boots and very light weight jacket and the items cost $75 so no point in returning.

I ordered boots on November 4, 2025. The email I received the day I ordered boots were on the way and another email confirmed. I called asking about the boots. I was sent updated shipping this morning 11/12/2025 in the update with a tracking number. I tried UPS, USPS, Federal Express and the tracking number was invalid. I would not recommend using this company

Terrible company, don't buy anything from them. Beige boots ended up looking pink, quality stinks and don't even think about asking for a return, it's impossible! They wanted descriptions, pictures and give you the run around. Cut your losses and don't even bother because you will PAY big to ship back to China! Lesson learned and be highly advised not to buy from these people, scammers!

I bought high, black suede boots. 5 minutes after I put my order in I changed my mind (because of the review I read!), but they said it was too late! The order was already in process. The boots were cheaply made and they stunk of lighter fluid. It made me sick! Wrote to them for instructions on returning, so we’ll see what happens.

If zero stars were an option, that would be my selection. 1) order took a considerable amount of time to receive; 2) upon receipt, immediately tried on the clothing - did not like the fit or the fabric; 3) had to wait between 24-48 hours for a response from customer service; 4) only viable option was to keep and receive a store credit (if I didn't like the fit or the fabric, did not feel inclined to start over) - or - ship back to China at my expense. Well worth the $57.95 expense for a lesson learned - not doing business with them again.

After order is paid , and it takes 3 weeks to receive item, 3 weeks.

horrible quality. the sweater I ordered was tiny. the size of a little girl. horrible.

The quality of their women’s clothing and sizing are so poor! And their refund policy is nonexistent. I will never purchase from them again. One of the tops I bought had a tag on the outside of the sweater!

I ordered shoes a number of months back. They looked well made online. When they arrived, they were extremely cheaply made and felt like cardboard so I chose to return them.

I submitted a return ticket and much to my surprise, they were to be returned to China. The cost for ths was exorbitant so I contacted Morgan and Madison customer service to discuss. I asked for a pre paid label since the items were not as described and sub par in quality and should not be sold at all.

Art, from customer service, said no label woud.be provided and offered to refund 25% of my purchase in lieu of a return. He suggested " gifting them to someone who could enjoy them." I would be embarrassed to "gift" these horrible shoes to anyone so I again asked for a pre paid label.
Art again declined but said he had "spoken with our manager' and we will offer a 40% partial refund. Again, unacceptable and far from good. customer
service.

I did attempt to return the items and when that failed, I reached out yet again and was told that it had been too long since the purchase and that no refund would be offered.was too late.

This company is a sham and should be closed down. Unsuspecting consumers BEWARE!

Took three weeks although they claim to be based in Denver and I live one hour south. The shipping info was asian
The over knee length boots were stuffed in a back and the quality of the boot is horrible. Cheapo. Won't shop here again.

I purchased several dresses that looked amazing in their ads. What arrived several weeks later left me totally speechless and appalled. The clothing had no resemblance to what I ordered. The fabrics were cheap and stretchy, the workmanship was truly an embarrassment. Nothing was wearable. I contacted the company and at their request I sent photos. They told me they would give me a credit and not to bother returning the clothes. The last think I needed was more of their clothing. After more correspondence they told me they would give me a full refund. It never arrived. I contacted them again and they are now insisting I use a store credit. Why would anyone in their right mind continue to shop at a store that totally misrepresents their product?
I brought their clothes to a local charity and they were rejected! I am not exaggerating how horrible these dresses are and would happily share photos with anyone interested in this scam business. I feel cheated and angry. If you want clothes that look like what’s advertised, this is not where you need to shop.

Do NOT buy anything!!! They do not ship what they show on the website: Instead you get a horrible piece of fabric barely put together. Then, they offer to give you a store credit, and refuse to give a refund UNLESS you send it back to China which costs a minimum of $69.00!!!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I broke my own rule about internet shopping. I didn’t do the research. I wish I had. The company had had my money for 2 months. I have received nothing. They will not let me cancel the order. I don’t want the summer clothes now since it is September and cool in the Northeast. So it will cost a small fortune to return the clothes (if I ever receive anything) TO CHINA, while trusing that they will actually give me a credit. Do yourself a big favor, and do not have anything to do with these scammers.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company!!! The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and clothes do NOT look at all like on the pictures. Returns are almost impossible since you have to mail everything back to China and you bear the cost of shipping back. Everything on their website makes you believe that the company is located in the United States. It is not! It is located in China.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a dress. What I received was some cheap polyester piece of garbage. Not even the style I ordered. Needless to say they want me to pay for shipping back to China for what was not my fault. They will not refundy money for what was their error. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
