I have to say in this day and age it’s unusual to come across a company like Morris Living. I purchased a chair from them 6mths ago it developed a fault not only did they give me a full refund they sent a box to put it in and paid the return package price This company needs to be encouraged

I ordered a chair from Morris living. I visited their showroom and felt confident buying local and seeing the product. It is a swivel and recline with footstool. As I wasn’t confident in self assembly I paid the extra £80 for it to be delivered ready assembled. I did as I was worried I couldn’t do a perfect job as I was paying almost £500 for the chair I thought this was a good idea. I was so disappointed when on delivery I discovered it was not a perfect job. The back leant to one side. I emailed the company and attached a picture. They were so dismissive and not once did they offer any apology or solution apart from suggesting I return it under the 45 day return option which they told me would cost £60 and they would not refund the £80 building fee. I was hoping someone may be able to come out to adjust the chair. But no this was not an option. I felt I may as well have ordered it from a large retailer and have been treat better. I therefore would not recommend this company.

I purchased a reclining chair and footstool over a year ago, and on the arm it appeared like the leather surface had peeled. I emailed Morris Living and Dominic, the customer service manager, explained there were multiple reasons for this happening, and I understood his explanation.
Normally that would have been it, but not this Company, I was so taken aback when he added
“However we do have a spare arm we can send you”
HOW LOVELY IS THAT!!!!? That is what you call ‘Customer Service’ He went over and above what was expected, and I am truly grateful for his kindness. THANK YOU 🙏

I would definitely without a doubt recommend this company, not only because it sells excellent quality furniture, but you have peace of mind that if any problems should occur, they are more than happy to help, unlike other companies where once they have got your money, they couldn’t care less

Went to have a look, very spoilt for choice. No pressure selling, given time to try out each model on display. Left alone unless you had a question. Went for one chair and bought a pair. Paid and collected onsite, but could have had them delivered. At home easy to put together, instructions couldn’t have been clearer. Very well made chairs at a very good price. Highly recommend this company. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Purchased a riser recliner which became trapped in standing position. Customer services promptly provided a replacement remote which solved the problem.

I purchased a refurbished armchair and it arrived quickly in perfect condition.
I also asked customer service a question before purchasing and they answered my query very quickly.
Chair is very comfortable and supportive.

Despite an initial problem with a Riser Chair (Not of Morris Living but the manufacturers) the support provided was fist class.
We agreed they would arrange collection and replacement which was carried out on time and professionally.
Great service, good prices and products.
Highly recommended.

I bought a leather swivel chair from Morris Living in November 2024. It cost £479.98 including delivery. In October 2025, just under 11 months after purchase, my wife and I noticed that the chair was starting to lean to one side. I contacted Morris Living with some photographs. They asked for further photographs and suggested that the problem was likely to be with one of three parts of the chair. They sent me one of each of those parts and told me that if I wanted these fitted I would have to either have to arrange the fitting of the replacement parts or they could send a technician but this could take up to 4 weeks to arrange and would cost £120 including VAT. I asked them to send a fitter but they then declined to do so and instead invited me to arrange this direct with a company they recommended. I spent £148 on a fitter from that company. He fitted all of the replacement parts sent but this did not cure the defect. The chair continues to lean and looking under the leather it looks to me as though a wooden component in the chair has splintered. Neither of us is heavier than the stipulated safe working weight for the chair, by some margin. Because the chair which Morris Living sold me has not lasted 12 months, and because they expected me to fit replacement parts at my own expense, which does not seem at all reasonable to me for a chair less than a year old which had not been mistreated in any way, I would not ever recommend them or buy from them again. They say that “We stand by our products, and if something isn't right we do our best to fix it.” I do not feel that this happened in my case.

Very good customer service. Very helpful and friendly. The products are of the best quality and delivery is excellent. Would highly commend.

I went to the showroom and was surprised there were so many different chairs. When I picked the chair it was so easy with in a week I received the chair.I Tried it for a couple of weeks. But couldn't comfortable. When I contacted Morris Living explaining they were so helpful and said i could change the chair.I now have a great chair. I would definitely recommend Morris Living 💯%

No pressure sale and well stocked showroom. Ordered in the morning and delivered and installed on the same day.

Quick delivery, nice comfortable recliners. Instructions for assembly were terrible but got there in the end

Very professional company. Extremely helpful with delivery date to suit us and advised every step of the way. The ordering process was extremely easy and although the stool and chair we bought was refurbished, it is not evident and looks brand new. Very impressed with the service received from start to finish and would highly recommend this company. Thanks.

Customer service was great, can’t fault it. I just had to return a stool top, but did get a replacement straight away. The delivery was on time, if rather rushed when they did arrive. The product itself is to spec and a lovely chair. Would recommend this company.
