Mortgage Medics provided me expert impartial advice and great customer service throughout what ended up being a drawn out and complex experience getting onto the property ladder due to a lengthy probate - and all for a fixed cost that didn't go up despite the length of time between initial appointment and eventual purchase, and the multiple rate changes they diligently searched for throughout the process to ensure I secured the best rate possible.

Rarely do I leave reviews but for Mortgage Medics, I feel it’s a must. The whole process was so smooth. I was repeatedly impressed by Undray and his team’s attention to detail and work ethic, their drive towards completion and all round concern in achieving customer satisfaction. I feared obtaining a new mortgage would be stressful. It was a walk in the park. They took care of difficult conversations with lenders and achieved a much lower rate for me. From the first phone call untill the last they were diligent and unselfish with their time. Hats off to Undray and his team and thank you once again it was a pleasure to deal with you.

Sorted our mortgage that needed to be renewed and found the lowest interest rate over a 3 to 4 month timline and continued to update as new offers were available. Great service ....couldn't be happier
