Paul Duffy was fantastic all the way through the process of buying my house. This is my first mortgage - he was supportive and explained everything really clearly. I was contacted by Chris Hayes at Embrace after recommendation from a local estate agent. I had already spent many months with a different mortgage company who had failed to secure me a mortgage.
