Shopped multiple vendors for backsplash and was very impressed with Mosaic Tile Direct. Good customer service is not always easy to come by.
They were professional, honest and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I recently purchased tiles from Mosaic tile direct. Prices are great and service was excellent. Kash helped me at Mosaic tile and was very helpful. Promised me I would receive within 5-8 business days and I did. Amir who delivered them from their NJ warehouse was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Mosaic tile.

Hello. Ordered some mosaic samples to deliver in Portugal. Had some questions and wasn't able to do it in the website. Sent an email and it was quicly answered by Marvin, from the customer service. He made the order for me, sent me email during the process and secured the delivery exactly within the estimated arrival date. The tiles are amazing and I'll buy them to my kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent!!!!

selection, ordering and all the way to delivery. KASIM from sales, sent me to ALBERO (Roca tile warehouse in Carteret NJ) who provided me invaluable input on my tile choices). Prices were competitive. The requested delivery dates were accomodated and their delivery person, AMIR, ensured careful handling and extended an above and beyond help when requested.
I am glad that google directed me to Mosaic Tile Direct for my tile needs.

I called Mosaic tile direct with a huge problem on a job site created by another tile vendor. They were the six tile company and I called trying to resolve a problem with a marble tile that has a huge range in color. The tiles I received from the first vendor we’re so different from the sample they originally sent that you couldn’t even tell it was the same marble. I ordered received and returned six boxes of tile trying to find the right color. Thankfully I finally reached Kafim @ Mosaic Tile Direct, who offered to go out to the warehouse and sift through the tiles until he found the color I was describing. Way past what one might consider normal business hours, he found what I was looking for and sent me a picture of them to approve. Then he boxed them up carefully and shipped them out the next day. They arrived here in less than one week and they’re perfect! I’ll call him first on my next project!

I recently ordered 320 square feet of Roca tile from this vendor. Not only did I get at least a 50% discount over what I would pay locally, they shipped to Hawaii! That in itself is a small miracle.

So why miracle shippers? Of the 320 square feet of tile only eight arrived broken. That is less than 1%, and the order came over during two severe winter storms which made for a rough crossing to my beautiful big island.

Last, but by no means least, their customer service was fabulous. They follow-up and really care about their service.

I would buy from this vendor anytime and recommend them with no reservations.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 10 of these tiles. The website allowed me to purchase them as singles. After waiting about 5 days with no email confirmation, I called the business to ask what was going on as I saw the charge on my credit card. Upon calling, I quickly realized I was calling someones cell phone. The person that answered put me on a long hold while they checked on my order. He also informed me that often their order confirmation emails end up in your spam box... sure enough there it was! It sounded like there were children in the background so I assume this person was working from home. He then came back telling me he had to check the Boston distribution center to ensure that the item was in stock. Second he started telling me that I could not purchase 10 as they are sold in 4 packs. The website never aid this and again it allowed me to purchase 10 and charged me for 10. So now I am being told I need to make another purchase of 2 additional tiles. Okay I guess... but didn't sit well with me. More time passed with no response when the order was going to be ready for pickup. A couple of inquiry emails again over a couple more days, and the email I got back read:

"Jonathan,

Unfortunately this item is not in stock in our Boston, MA....the closest location available for pickup is Edison, NJ. Please advise if you would like to receive a refund or pickup at Edison, NJ.

thanks"

Yea NO! I do not think that I should be responsible for driving to NJ to pickup my order, nor paying for the cost of shipping when I elected local pickup from the beginning. When I challenged them on this and called them on the fact that their website says that they have 4850 of this item in stock, I was told that their website is "not that smart" and that they cant keep track of all of their points of distribution around the country. I spoke to the "customer service" person again who started making all these excuses for why they can not get me the tiles. I asked him to stop and think about the situation. I told him I am the customer and should not be told all these reasons why their business model doesn't work well. I just want the tiles that I paid for. Clearly this business is just a virtual dealer / re-seller for MSI stone that does not care if they create unhappy customers. Reputation means NOTHING to them. The last email they sent informed me that they fully refunded my order. That's fine but I will never do business with you again and the general public has a right to know what kind of shabby business they run. BUYER BEWARE!!! BAD BAD BAD customer service. Thanks for wasting my time and frustrating the hell out of me.

UPDATE 2/12/18 - As you can see by the tone of the reply, there is a lot of defense going on here, and a lot of blame being put on the customer. Review responses should always attempt to appease the customer and make it right NOT blame the customer and call them a scheme artist.

I ordered product they advertised as in stock. The processed the transaction but I never received a shipment confirmation. After 3 phone calls they admitted the product was not in stock. Two more weeks of run around and I disputed the transaction; they would not even acknowledge an order cancellation

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I had the absolute worst experience working with this company. I was told my tile would be delivered in 8-10 days. Close to 4 weeks later, after I had spent over 4 hours communicating between the delivery company and Mosaic Tile Direct I finally got my tiles. The owner at Mosiac Tile admitted right away that a mistake had been made in the paper work, thus the delay of delivery. A couple weeks later I received a bill for an additional $150 for shipping. Mosaic Tile Direct told me they would take care of it...NOPE, HUGE LIE. I received another bill, when I call back to Mosaic Tile, they ignored my call (and email to follow). WORST COMPANY to work with.

The pricing is very good and the tiles I received were beautiful and nothing broken. I received my order very fast too!

We have not unpacked all of them but they were packaged with extreme care.The ones we did takeout were better than the pictures you sent.

We would like to off set them but would have some problems with cutting them in half as we would have to have them re-beveled. we are uncertain if it could be done. This is because we have an angle to deal with. The tiles are of a high quality and are polished to show off the beautiful colors.

Polite and professional on the phone and received my order in one day.

I ordered a month ago a single sheet of tile so I could compare it to what I have in my bathroom. I paid more for the shipping than the tile. After a week passed with no update, I chatted in and requested an update. I was told it should have shipped by now and that I would receive an email with more information. Another two weeks passed with no contact, so I sent an email asking for a status update and received no response. Today, I requested to have my order cancelled and my money returned, although I'm pretty sure I'll have to dispute the charge because my order of one measley tile apparently isn't enough to get even the most minimal of customer service.

I had a great experience with Mosaic Tile Direct. I found their website very user friendly. Their prices very reasonable. Every time a called, I spoke to a person that was very courteous and helpful. When I wanted to exchange the tiles for a different finish, they were delivered to my home within two days and the original tile picked up. Luckily their warehouse is only 10 minutes from my home but they went out of their way to get the tile to me. The tiles are beautiful and I am grateful for the excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had great customer service while placing an order with mosaictiledirect.net. From questioning them through chat to their follow-up email regarding my order. For a company to have compassion for their customer is very rare these days. Thank you.
