Ordered wrong size and I emailed immediately and initially I was told there was nothing that could be done but them a refund was processed and it save me all the trouble of returning the wrong size - excellent customer service

Buying process, the delivery process and the product itself were all excellent. The MM Ellen night pants is one that really suits me and I would love to get it in the other colours and I have filled in my email to be notified. If they come in I would ask that please you get in the other colours

Love Mos Mosh clothing. The quality is fantastic. Ordered MMMined skirt & matching top. Emailed to find out dimensions & received swift response. Items arrived in 7 days (to Ireland). Very happy with my purchase. It's so beautiful. Looks great worn together & the top is great with jeans.

Lovely clothes, but the delivery from Denmark is very very very slow. Website claims 2-5 working days, but its 3-4 WEEKS!! Not the first time either.

Have been a huge fan of Mos Mosh for years have bough direct from website and from boutiques selling it. However last transaction was poor, purchased a Jacket direct from website ( You need to look at sizing too an xs shouldn't be massive on a UK size 8). Needed to return it, the option given for Ireland returns was GLS. However the only GLS drop off points are in Dublin, about a 3 hour drive for me. Sent a message explaining this and requesting GLS collect. Got what i believe was an automatic AI reply, Saying not possible needs to be dropped off to GLS. Replied back again, got same response back, after a bit of tennis match emails, explained that this is not good enough ( bear in mind that the delivery was done via AN Post - Irish postal system - not GLS) and it needs to be escalated. After a few days an actual person replied to my mail and sent me a DHL return label which i can send via the posta office. This is something that needs to be looked at for your Irish customers, returns needs to be easy to do for us, having experienced the above, it would put me off buying direct from Mos Mosh in future and has changed my opinion of the brand

You need to review your T+C's on returns being handled, if you look ay GLS website, the only drop of points are in Dublin, Dublin is only one of 32 counties in Ireland, its not suitable for 80 percent of the population of the country. Also aswell if the option to provide a DHL label is a service you can provide why is that offered as an option when you click on return, shouldn't have to had chase for that option. If GLS is who you use for your returns why do you delivery via the postal service ? You need to improve on this

The website is very easy to navigate. Products can be viewed by image or as worn by a model . This gives the opportunity to view how the garment looks from all angles. Placing an order was easy and goods were delivered beautifully packed and in a timely manner

Clothes are great but customer service is a nightmare. Wanted to return an item. Contacted them and kept getting AI generated response saying my order didnt exist. Finally got round that after numerous emails and repittion. Sent item back, no word on refund, miraculously got email saying I'd been refunded but only when I chased it up. However, money is still yet to appear in the bank. Very bored of emailing mos mosh and will never order directly from them again

Paid €190 for a pair of leather leggings, looked after them and stored them as instructed yet within months they are losing shape and now completely saggy around the thighs. They look awful now.

I messaged customer service about this issue, asking if they at least have advice on how to restore form. They shrug this off by saying that it is a natural material that warps, follow the care instructions and good luck. You think if they knew all along that these wouldn’t hold there’d be a warning before you’re being charged an arm and a leg. I’ve had other leather trousers and never had these issues, leaving me to conclude that this is the result of poor craftsmanship. Between poor quality and bad customer service I will not be returning to this brand.

UPDATE: nice that the company replies here that I can contact them directly and they would assist me. If you bothered reading the review you would see that I of course did try to contact the customer service first to resolve this. They just did not offer any help.

I’m absolutely delighted with this blouse, particularly since it has a collar. I have the collarless version in blue. It’s true to size and the colour is beautiful, very flattering.

On the high end price but quality and detail is amazing 100% happy with my bomber jacket
