Sweater shrunk in size
I had bought a very beautiful piece of sweater from them and it was very soft. It was 900 dkk. As per washing instruction I put it in luke warm water and it just shrunk and now it looks and feels like a cardboard and is the size of a child. I didn't even get a chance to apply wool soap. The customer care said that nothing could be done now. Very disappointed
