Still waiting on store credit.

I purchased two dresses, the quality of the clothes and styles are just beautiful, unfortunately I had to returned one dress as it was too big on me, I was approved a store credit once they received the dress. it has been nearly three weeks since they received the item back, and I'm still sending emails trying to get the store credit.
All my emails have been ignored.
Good quality clothes, bad customer service, no communication at all.
Very disappointing.

Love my jacket .. it’s really warm and cosy. It’s true to size as l am between a 12/14 U.K. sometime l find it difficult to get the correct size first time. As this is a winter coat l went for the medium and it’s perfect with a thick sweater. Now l’ve found this company they can expect more orders from me ! Excellent delivery service in sturdy packaging !

Once you have found your size, this is a brand that just keeps giving.
The quality of the materials never disappoints me, and it is good value for money.
Only thing I regret is that I cannot wear the glitter-clothes, because I find the metal-fibers itchy.
Delivery is very fast and I have been very satisfied with customer service.

I Am used to buying MOS MOSH in a little fancy boutique in Belgium. I love the knit wear and the jeans. The perfect jeans was always very difficult to find until I discovered M M. Perfect fit, very good quality and nice details!

I like most of your clothing, especially the blazers are very nice. My last order was a black jacket. Unfortunately it didn’t fit me as well as the model on the website. Is was far to big and had no shape. The arrival after I ordered was fast and you made it easy to return.

I have qiute a few items from Mos Mosh and Love those, but this time i got really both surprised and dissapointed cause when i saw the dress on your website i was thrilled, the colors were exact what i was looking for, but when i recieved the dress it was NOT what i've seen in the fotoes or video, way too glittring!! It even was NOT described in the text about the dress, that it was supposed to be glittring and even the size did'nt was what it said in the Description, so sad cause i Love the colours. Therefor i can not give better than 3 in my review!!!
