Good experience with my first online order at Mos Mosh
Good experience with my first online purchase at Mos Mosh. Smooth delivery. Took a little bit longer than I am used to, but that is because I live in the Netherlands. I am happy with my coat: perfect size (thanks to the size guide on the website), warm and beautiful details (little heart on the sleeve for example).

Poor Service
One of the items I purchased - a dress was way too big.
I have been trying to return it since I received it. It had a Prepaid PDP label with no instructions as to how to get it to PDP I have tried without success to speak to anybody in PDP and Customer Service in Mos Mosh were totally unhelpful. Told me there was a drop off point near me but never said where!!!
I will not be buying on line from this company again.

I really love this brand!
