Predictably perfect. As a solo traveler I want a hotel I can count on, I don't need frills, just clean, comfortable, affordable, and close to where I want to be. For me, big hotels are inconvenient. Waiting for elevators, looking for my car in a huge lot that I am probably paying to park in. I just want to get up and go. Staff are always friendly and available.

Everything was great except the cockroach’s in the unit

have chosen Motel 6 every time I need to come to this area. Clean. with nice beds, good wifi and many places to eat within easy walking

Spokane East Motel 6 is clean and the staff are attentive. It’s perfectly located and within walking of several shopping and dining places.

The .tell after I had paid said I could not rent due to a false claim. The motel kept my money and never we ill I stay or recommend any motel 6

Comfortable and secure

I stay at Motel 6 more than other hotels while I travel. Check my history. I was more than surprised when I received a welcome message that I was expected at a Motel 6 only 30 miles from my house. I was about to delete the message as spam or a scam but decided to investigate. Somehow, a reservation had been made in my name. I called customer service to get an explanation. They said it was passed the dead line and I would have to call the motel direct. He gave me 214-741-9000. I call and tried explaining the situation. the receiver said he was a guest in the motel and couldn't help. He was nice about it. I called customer service back and explained. They called the motel and patched me through to the night clerk. I explained the whole story to her. She said, " I don't think anyone is in that room." She did the right thing the right way by cancelling the reservation and charges to my credit card. I am so thankful for the way she did her job. Please let her know I appreciate her service. Great job. I'll see you guys the next trip. Russel

Do not stay at this hotel if you value your
life. On June 18, 2026 this hotel was
surrounded by SWAT for a standoff with a
fugitive..who had multiple felonies. There
were over 20 cops, sheriff's, tactical team,
ambulance and fire trucks.

This hotel has residents and not guests
This hotel has multiple police reports with
Bartow County police department as this
incident is not isolated.

The owner is also non apologetic to guests
who are not use to this type of crime
scene ..and multiple men committing
battery to women in this hotel. The
manager doesn't want this abuse reported
by his residents to police due to the
numerous calls surrounding men beating
women at this motel regularly.

All of these reports and specific incidents
are/have been filed by bartow county
police..and they are available upon
request by any civilian for them to view for
themselves.

I strongly suggest that you stay away from
here if you have kids, a dog, and you value
your life and theirs!! I would give 1500
negative stars if they allowed it on here.

Update: as of today (July 2, 2026).. and me posting this review motel 6 reached out to me for confirmation number. I provided all of my contact information again as well. Motel 6 has detailed notes from there own guest services, priceline and booking.com regarding this extremely serious issue that took place at their hotel..however, Motel 6 still (as of today) hasn't responded to any of the emails from them.

They also didn't/haven't refunded me (as Motel 6 GM said he would) for the nights I did not stay there after SWAT showed up. It has been over 2 weeks since this occurred. And I kept it private, as it is very bad incident to continue to relive. My dog was in this hotel at the time this incident was going on. The police could have killed my dog trying to apprehend this fugitive. Yet your company dismissed my concerns along with my safety..and that of my dog. My dog was so shaken by all of this he would not leave my side... once I finally got to him over an hour later..when the standoff was cleared by police.

Even up until today...Motel 6 has been busy avoiding several emails from priceline/booking.com that is asking for a full refund of my stay due to the inconveniences they caused me ...since having to find another hotel on short notice (incurring additional costs as well) in order to get within a safe housing environment.

The manager of the Motel 6 (White, GA location) even went as far to say this SWAT incident is normal. Normal for him..but no where is it normal for me.

Be sure your investigation includes a request to Bartow County Police department for a copy of the report....or I can post it here online for everyones review.

Today (June 5, 2026) I was sent a seperate email response from Motel 6 guest services in regards to what I have written above, and it goes without saying they are still providing the same incorrect information and have been aware of this incident for over 2 weeks. The property manager has not refunded me any money. My bank has confirmed this. The property manager has been informed since June 18th, 2026 that a refund for the total amount of the stay be provided/returned to me. Not only has this request been made by priceline/booking.com management, but by guest services at Motel 6 themselves. The email today came from guest services whom claimed to have reached out to this Motel 6 manager regarding the total refund. Yet they send this email response today.. Which still shows that Motel 6 management and franchise management is the same regarding customer safety. I still will never stay at a Motel 6 ever again, and I suggest strongly others proceed with caution. There is a certain dynamic of people who live at these Motel 6 world wide. They (Motel 6 Corporate) also own Super 8 Motel, which also shares these same incident safety concerns. For your benefit I have linked the multiple other incidents for your review. It has been brought to my attention that this is not just an isolated incident at this motel, but Motel 6 has been and still has these types of incidents very frequently throughout their entire business locations. There management is the same as well, so do not think they will truly address your concerns. That is why they do not respond to customers here on Trustpilot, but try to send these emails through guest services where they already have a record of the complaints. They do this just to make potential customers believe they truly wish to address your concerns professionally..when actually they hope you will not continue to warn others. Motel 6 management does not care about customers nor their safety. They care about making a profit, and it doesn't matter how they go about getting it. Google Motel 6 and Crimes. Quiet. Bed was great. Loved having a fridge and the check-in lady was great. I really liked this place.

First of all when I got on the elevator it smelled heavily of dog urine and when I got to my room there was dog hair on the bedspread and the room smelled like dog urine, the air conditioner was not working properly it never would cool down and when I went to take a shower the water just dribbled out and to top it all off there was a dog barking somewhere near me and you might ask well why didn’t you change rooms well I asked repeatedly and was told sorry there are no more rooms available. They were not inclined to give me a refund either. I have not nor will I in the near future stay at any motel 6 or any motels associated with motel hell.

Wonderful stay the rooms are clean and safe and the staff is super friendly.

The room was tidy, clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient, and the included breakfast was enjoyable and perfect to start the day. Highly recommended!

Always clean. Office staff always friendly. Pet policy is the best anywhere!
