Delivery charge
I have sent 2 emails to motivape regarding delivery charges, and have not had a reply.
On motivape website it says free delivery on orders £30 and over, I spent £32 and got charged for delivery.

We received a message from you which we did reply to. Sometimes with gmail accounts our replies go into your spam folder when we send them directly.
We recently changed our free shipping to £35 and over as we have reduced the prices of a large number of our e-liquids. I think the old free shipping price was still showing on one area of our website so we will refund the shipping cost of your last order for you.

First time I'd used Motivape and this…
First time I'd used Motivape and this was for a very small initial purchase.
The service was simply excellent, with a prompt email to confirm there was only item available in the colours I'd requested.
Once confirmed, the small parcel was delivered to our address in France in super quick time too.
I would certainly recommend and will definitely be ordering again from Motivape.

What great service
What great service. Couldn't find what I wanted on the website initially so dropped the guys a message and got a prompt email response followed up with a phone call.
Placed my order to get another call saying stock wasn't quite what I needed, but some would be dispatched today to keep me going, with the rest to follow.
Guys always do a good deal, but to have it backed up by that sort of level of personal, human customer service is just amazing.
