I bought more than one time from this company, but usually on the moto24. it and everything was fine. Unfortunately last time I bought an item on the german website. de and it was a mess.... After the product is been shipped outside the shop, it take nine days to understand and communicate that something was wrong and in fact the product goes back to the company by DHL which didn't accept the shipment. Now after two weeks I'm still waiting for their email about this issue but nobody contacted me yet. At least you should be able to make a shipment.. Non??? At least you should keep in touch with me and let me know things happened... Non??? Now hope the situation will improve during next days and finally they ship the item, after that I'll cancel this company from my life.
I'm reply to your answer.... First of all is not me choosing DHL and unfortunately ups is more expensive, at the basic price you have only DHL choice on your website. If you no have enough staff you should inform your guests. Two weeks ago I bought some item in another website and the shipment arrived after four days, yeah, four days, with DHL. The problem here is not DHL but is you,in fact, unfortunately the package you shipped it went back to you by DHL coz probably you make some mistake, address or whatever i don't know. So that's your responsibility to send email to me and give some updates but unfortunately you didn't. The only information I had i received from DHL and not from you. When the package been refused by DHL I was expecting some communication from you but nothing happened. So after all you also want to be right? Are you kidding me? Send the package as soon as possible, try no to make mistake again
