Excellent price, fast delivery. Kept informed every step of the way. Confident that i could return it if incorrect.

Items I bought was as listed on the site and worked great. the reduction in stars was due to the over size packaging used in shipping and shipping very high for the items. x4 very small spring sent in a box when they could have easily been sent in a small bag or smaller box. delivery cost was very high within the market.

I ordered four items from this store which were marked as IN STOCK: Fork springs, Luggage rack and two GIVI spare parts which was ordered on 25th June via internet. Items were actually dispatched on the 1st of July???. I tracked the order and it was transferred from DHL in Germany to La poste in France. I was then informed by La poste that the parcel had been damaged and needed to reinforced. The parcel was finally delivered to my local post office on the 16th July (without informing me!) Because my local post office is only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays then I had to wait till the following Wednesday 22 July to collect. I had paperwork to sign that I accepted the parcel and on examination it was evident that the items were badly packaged as the box was far too large for the items and because of the heavy fork springs freely moving around it caused the box to break. Fortunately, only one of the items, the smallest was not present. It's value was 3 euros. I informed my contact at Moto24 to send me a replacement and he tells me that he can not replace this part as he has to await the result of the enquiry concerning the damaged package...Here it is "merci pour votre message. Je suis désolé d'apprendre qu'il manque une partie de votre colis. Néanmoins je ne suis pas en position de vous envoyer un remplacement. Nous devons attendre que l'enquête que vous avez engagé auprès de la poste aboutisse ou que vous receviez la partie manquante de votre colis" So, to summarise: 1. almost a month to receive my items. 2 Having the inconvenience of picking up the package from my local post office after paying 10 euros for shipping. 3. One item lost due to inadequate packing. 4. Being told i cant have a replacement of an item which cost 3 euros! They completely deserve one star and could have avoided this critical review by understanding who the customer is and not pushing back the blame on me! I definitely get better service when I order something from China!

A truly amazing transaction. I navigated through the website ok, plenty of products to choose from. When I ordered, the delivery time was very reasonable (considering it was been shipped from Germany), was actually quicker than some online supermarket delivery times !!
