Reliable Service with Attention
I recently took my car to Motofix Northampton for body repair after a minor accident, and I was really happy with the service.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although it took a bit longer than I anticipated by due to some delays, they kept me updated and prioritised to make my car ready just in time for holiday.
Overall I had a great experience and would recommend!

Very good service. Worked well with insurance company to arrange repairs with replacement vehicle. Car came back looking excellent. Full support throughout very reassuring. No problem recommending them to others.

A great job!!
A nice and friendly team of people who were constantly in touch regarding the progress to the repair on my vehicle. On completion the vehicle was immaculate and looked as it did the day it was driven for the first time. Great job!!

Excellent customer service at Motofix Aldershot from helpful and friendly staff. I was kept informed at every stage. The courtesy car was ready on time and I was quickly on my way, as was the case when I went to pick up my repaired car. I can't fault the job they done.

We are delighted with the service we have received from Motofix Northampton. All of the Motofix team I have spoken with have been polite and friendly.
Because of the size of our motor home it was necessary to move it from our parking in Buckinghamshire to Northampton for the repair.
Motofix arranged both collection and return. Both were carried-out promptly with the repair and return on time as promised.
The repair is excellent. 'Fit and Finish' are as new. The metallic paint match is again excellent. Indeed the repair and repaint cannot be detected.
I would not hesitate to use Motofix again should we ever need repairs to one of our vehicles.
In a 'nut shell' then, Motofix, 'Simply Fist Class'.

They kept in contact so the comms were okay, the repair looked fine. The main issue for me was the number of muddy footprints and hand prints internally in the car. It was pretty bad, especially the mats and the driver side door. Really bad state.
The guy who dropped it back did put a new battery in my key so I appreciate that, just cannot get over the mud

Car delivered with broken infotainment. No update for 6 weeks.
I would avoid if possible. I had the misfortune to have my car repaired at Motofix as part of an insurance claim. The car was delivered back with the broken infotainment system. Every time I call, there is someone on holiday and they promise to call me back. It's been 6 weeks and still no call back. Very unprofessional and the opposite of "stress free experience" advertised on their website.

Great service from Motofix
My wife had an RTA, and my insurance company LV directed me to Motofix in High Wycombe.
What a professional operation from the car collection, update on repairs to delivery back. And follow-up visit with removal of a small amount of overspray.
First class service with their BSI certificate proudly displayed on their reception wall, and rightly so.
