What a professional operation from the car collection, update on repairs to delivery back. And follow-up visit with removal of a small amount of overspray.

First class service with their BSI certificate proudly displayed on their reception wall, and rightly so.

Tucked away quite a long way down the Cowley Road in Oxford is an absolute gem of a repair company. Motofix did an excellent job on my Yeti, and also looked after me. They held my car for the minimum practical period, they were significantly cheaper than other recommended Skoda approved companies and the repair itself was undetectable from the rest of the bodywork.

I cannot praise MotoFix, Cowley Road, Oxford highly enough. I was constantly amazed, and delighted, at their efficiency, keeping me constantly posted and how courteous and helpful every single member of staff I spoke to was. My car had sustained damage to the front, offside. At the start, the estimate, for the insurance company, was carried out promptly and efficiently. As soon as repair was authorised MotoFix collected the car from my garage (another issue had, in the meantime, arisen, so the car was no longer driveable). During repair, MotoFix phoned me, almost daily, with an update. Within a short time, they gave me an estimate of when the work would, hopefully, be completed. As they were waiting for one final part, completion was, in fact, one day later than estimated upon which, the car was promptly returned to my garage, for mechanical repair. Such a pleasure to deal with, whether office or workshop. What a pleasant change! Well done MotoFix and thank you Elena J

I am very pleased with the service I received from Motorfix. It was very straightforward to set up a date for the repair even though I managed a second scrape before taking the car in for its first repair. All the staff I spoke to were helpful, courteous and understanding, particularly the receptionist, the assessor and the people who took and returned the car. The personal touch I think is quite important because one can feel rather vulnerable following an accident. The service of taking and returning the car is also a big plus. Thanks to all at Motorfix

I'm absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the staff at Motofix Aldershot, particularly the Branch Manager/Director, Ian Robertson. When I came to collect my car, it had some bird droppings on the bonnet. When I asked for this to be cleaned, Mr Robertson was aggressive and rude. He reluctantly agreed to clean it after his initial abusive attitude. I will never use Motofix again.

My car has a hoist fitted because my husband;s electric wheelchair is too heavy for me. Motofix collected the car & repaired it, sprayed it & did a first class job on the paint matching.

Motofix Exeter were excellent from start to finish, giving great service throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. This was my only accident in 50 yrs of driving and was unsure what to expect but from reporting the accident to the RAC, dealing with various depts about the accident and finally being put in touch with Motofix the whole process went without any problems. Motofix were easy to deal with and put my mind at rest from the very start. Every member of staff I spoke to especially Simon and Chris were very professional and friendly organising a courtesy car during the repair and delivering my car back after completion. Quality service with a smile.

Good service with my car being picked up and returned to my door and a courtesy car provided. The repairs completed to an excellent standard.

Had my car repair by Motofix Northampton which was recommended via my insurance company, I wish I hadn’t used them, on my car return after the repairs the bodyshop have damage more parts and just refitted them hoping they will hold with a bit of silicone, the electrical cables that run into the tailgate they didn’t use any of the connectors that was on the car when I took it in and just popped the wiring harness grommet into a hole, which water is now running into the tailgate, broken rear spoiler and intergrated brake light, also they had a specialist to fit the tailgate window, but they broke the heating element and used glass sealant to hold it now rear heater doesn’t work. Also broken the interior plastic trim my car is only five months old and they had the cheek to say it was like that. Avoid at all cost, Motofix and insurance don’t seemed to care about customer service. Next is going to ombudsman and solicitor

Recently had my Range Rover repaired at Motofix Aldershot due to an insurance claim, it was collected from where I work ,and returned early completely repaired and in stunning condition, the damage had been exstensive all down the driver’s side I was concerned as to whether they could match the pearlescent paint but it came back like it had just come from the factory,I would recommend Motofix to anyone and found the whole process easy and as hassle free as possible,thanks to everyone concerned at Aldershot.

All the staff I dealt with were very helpful, as my car was being repaired after an accident they were very thoughtful, kept me informed throughout. A little delay as parts were not immediately available, however I was kept informed of progress.

This was through my insurance..but would definitely use them again car looks amazing and I was kept completely up to date with repair. The guys that picked up and dropped off were very friendly and helpful really great journey from start to finish thank you.
