Myself and a friend hired 2 triumph 400 scramblers from malaga the hiring and pickup went well but sadly the chains on both bikes were fully stretched and with 5 days riding we could not go as far as we wanted as there was no adjustment left 😢 the guy who oversaw our return did not seem at all bothered by this so it has tainted what would have been a good time.

We rented 3 BMW 1250 GS in Marrakech.
They were not ready at the agreed pickup time; the side- and top cases were missing and installed within 90 minutes.
1 bike showed a service warning. After talking to different people it was exchanged with another GS. This bike didn't have a mirror on the left, wich we had to point out before one was installed. On this bike the rear brake was hardly working. Later on the trip the service warning went on.
On one bike one side case had to be strapped to the bike so it didn't fall off.
The 3 bike had a battery failure after about 1.500 KM and wouldn't start by itself. The battery had to be changed. We received help from the rental station on the phone and a technician was informed to help.
All 3 bikes were 2022 models and had run about 65.000 KM and were in good condition. The tires were almost new.
Rental return was easy without any issues regarding the bikes.
Over all it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed riding the bikes in Marokko

I was recommended Motoroads by a friend, the service was impeccable, lovely people, I messed up with child's seats that were too small, they transported us to their office where correct sized seats were all ready for us to swap, the vehicle was new, clean and presentable, I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Motoroads again.

Great company, great service. Despite arriving into Sofia Airport late and departing very early, Motoroads were there to meet us and collect the car on the return. Very happy with Motoroads. I live in Australia and was looking to book a motorcycle I wanted clarification on what the “ insurance” actually covered
Dimi who I was dealing with was obnoxious would answer my question pass me any documentation or terms and conditions and kept referring me to earlier e mails saying it was insuranced : I have zero confidence and will not be using them I have no idea how they get 4/5 star reviews be wary

Bulgaria
Paul and I travelled from the UAE in March 25. We were greeted to find that the van we paid for wasn't available but instead of disappointment, we were upgraded and had a fabulous van.
At the airport, we called the 'car' and they journeyed us door to door. We then underwent a thorough and supportive demonstration of all the aspects of 'Van Life'. The van was spotless. We paid an upgrade for kitchen equipment and bedding - which was clean, instantly installed and lovely to sleep and eat in. We drove for an entire week and filled up only once with fuel. We spent 3/7 nights on campsites and the rest of the time wild camping. On return the handover was smooth, quick and hassle free. Photographic evidence on both sides was supportive with ironing out small concerns and both parties were satisfied. Not only would we recommend you to our friends and family, we are already planning our next trip to start from you place for the opposite direction. Thank you for everything.

The service at the venue where we got our MC's was really great. The bikes were good, but we were a bit disappointed not to receive BMW bikes as we had ordered. We are BMW people and have such bikes ourselves. But everything else was great, and we would recommend Motoroads anytime. Thanks.
