Very impressed with Steer Luton and the treatment I received repairing my van.
The updates by phone and text were reassuring and meant I wasn’t chasing them up all the time.
Speed of repair was fantastic.
And the returned vehicle was as expected and the van was valeted to a high standard reminiscent of the day I bought the vehicle.
Would recommend Steer to anyone looking for a 5Star repair because that’s what I got.

Following an unfortunate event with an electric gate, my ID3 needed urgent repair. Alton Cars Hull, (my insurers’ approved/authorised body shop) collected, repaired and returned my motor with consummate ease. From start to finish, their customer care is exceptional, the repair immaculate. My car was returned to me sparkling clean with that delicious leather aroma inside. No fuss, no worry, no drama. Brilliant.
