Up-to-date report

They give up to date report via text as I've chosen that as mode of contact - you literally know what's going on with your vehicle repairs without sweat. The company in-charge of the repairs also are well organised.

Motor repair network stepped in when I couldn’t get a courtesy car from a body shop allocated from one call insurance. These people gave me the runaround for six weeks and I was told by the body shop that they gave me that if I don’t like the vehicle with no roof rack when I have guaranteed paid for vehicle hire It’s tough as quoted by the body shop A shit, useless company

AVOID if you can!

The company can be aptly renamed as the "Big bully Network" as repair is the last thing they do! They work with incompetent repairers, are very discreet and will NEVER disclose the work that has been authorised on your car and are frustratingly inconsistent with the information they give with regards your repairs!

I had to unfortunately deal with them as my incompetent insurer, Marshmallow partners with them and threw me to their mercy. Both companies are an utter disgust to deal with and as it stands my car is sitting unrepaired since the last 3 months as their repairer took the car in for repairs and wanted to keep it for over a month to find parts and fix. Paid a hefty ransom amount to get the car back unrepaired.

If your insurance deals with them then I would strongly suggest considering another insurer!

Happy Client

Very efficient and would highly recommend. They did a Marvellous job on my car and you cant even tell something had happened to it. Also they kept me updates throughout the whole process and even brought and collected the vehicle from me and brought a courtesy car instead of me going there which was so convenient for me. They also kept in contact with me and a special shoutout to Chloe who then called me after to check if i was happy with the work. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend these guys

Amazing people!

After a terrible experience with my insurers, Steer was the light at the end of the tunnel. They not only did a wonderful job at repairing my vehicle and making it brand new again but everyone that I met or communicated with at Steer were very helpful, accommodating and went the extra mile in arranging a courtesy vehicle in a timely manner and bringing it to my workplace. I am in love with my vehicle all over again! I have already recommended you to everyone I know. You should be very proud of the service you provide. Thank you and keep up the good work!

They are terrible at putting the…

They are terrible at putting the customer first, in all of 2 mth I have been the one keeping in contact with them, I had to chase up on everything from day one.
They refuse to share any information on work that will be dun on my vehicle.

Once I was not happy with the garage they sent my car too they did nothing to help move it, it's now 3 Mth and my car is sat in a lot "waiting on parts".
