Great customer service experience from this company

We used Motorserv UK in Solihull to purchase a vehicle. The purchase was dealt with by Bart and the car delivered very quickly.
We encountered a small problem and Simon the Workshop Manager jumped straight on to it, collected the car almost immediately and it was repaired and returned to us very promptly.
Definitely would buy or use their services again, very polite and efficient people to deal with - answering calls & emails in a timely and professional manner.
Recommend to anyone.

I have used MotorServ for the last 3 years for both mine and my partners car. The service we have received has been personal and very professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for car repair work, services, car sourcing and MOT's.

I recently purchased a BMW 3 series from Motorserv Solihull and I only have nice things to say about the experience.

I initially spoke with Bart when I made my enquiry and upon visiting the showroom for a test drive / look he was welcoming and made sure myself, my wife and my little one were comfortable.

The facilities are also great with a comfortable waiting area with refreshments readily available.

He was very accommodating to our tight schedule and it's very evident he cares about his job.

We returned a few days later to complete the purchase and go through all the formalities.

If I'm in the market again for another car I'll certainly be sending Bart an email.

I've genuinely never had a car buying experience that felt so comfortable and easy.

The car is also great!

I booked a service with Motorserv for my BMW. Hamza and the team were extremely helpful and dealt with the service promptly.

Simon helped me source a new car and found one that completely suits my needs and wants! He has been tirelessly patient with me and a complete gentleman throughout the process! These guys are amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for both sales and service!

Splendid experience from start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better service Mohammad Ahsan ensured I knew everything I needed to know and before you know it I was sitting in my new car. You could tell it wasn't just about selling a car to me but ensuring I was happy with my choice too. That's what defines a priceless service.

Amazing experience and easy process
I had the most amazing experience purchasing my Audi Q2 and part exchanging my old car. Ahsan made the process very easy, explained everything and made me feel very confident and comfortable in buying my new car. It was presented well on the turntable with a cloth reveal being such a good touch. Ahsan was a pleasure to deal with,a credit to the company

Completely honest and so helpful literally went above and beyond with the whole process. Not only did they help with the purchase and the finance they literally exceeded every expectation we had from this type of service. We left so very happy and every member of the team was completely accommodating and professional. Bart was outstanding at his job and there was nothing he couldn’t support us with during the whole process- would highly recommend.

I booked myself in for an MOT, I dropped the vehicle off to them, they updated me when they had completed the MOT and on collection of the vehicle , all the paperwork was ready for me - great service for £15

Motorserv are just brilliant. Their service is second to none; they are completely transparent, highly knowledgeable and above all else, trustworthy. Don't hesitate to use them for motor repairs, selling a vehicle or even the fab cheap MOTs they offer. I've used all of their services and its always been tip-top. Kam and Simon are especially fab. I was stuck on the M42 with a trailer load of deer so was very nervous but finally managed to get the car going and get off the motorway. I rang Motorserveuk and spoke to Hamza who was very encouraging so I managed to limp into their forecourt. Taz immediately came out showed me into the waiting room because I was very cold and within ten minutes they had carried out a perfect repair. I drove straight back to Scotland where I was able to release the deer which were none the worse for their time on the motorway - all thanks to Taz and Hamza!

It was so straight forward I booked my MOT online.
I dropped my car off and by 10.30 am I had a call saying it had passed and I could pick up anytime plus it only cost £15 very good service.

I have used motorserv UK for the past few years for servicing and mot. Their level of service has always been brilliant. I have had replacement brakes, brake pads and most recently replacement shock absorbers sourced and fitted by these guys and on all occasions they have been the best value (cost wise) aswel as being great to deal with. From booking my vehicle through to picking up the car on completion of the work, I am always kept up to date and informed of everything.
I live in Northampton, 60 miles away from motorserv UK in Solihull and will continue to use these guys as I have not been able to find anyone else local to me that I would trust with my car as much as I do with these guys. Highly recommended!

Just collected a BMW 335D from Motor Serv and would highly recommend them. From the initial phone call to the test drive and then the collection was exactly how you want the process of buying a car to be. Bart followed everything through and kept us up to date with what was happening and is a great salesman and a credit to Motor Serv. The collection was extra special as it was for my 21 year old son and the car was revealed from under a cover made it more of an occasion. Thank you again Bart.

Professional service every time for multiple cars and have done for years. Complete the work on time and also used by family members multiple times.

I sold my car via MotorServ UK in a very simple, completely hassle-free and efficient process. The team is very professional, and they clearly know what they are doing. They initially checked my car to make sure there was no issue (something that as a buyer I would find reassuring), took some professional pictures, and advertised it. I was kept updated regularly on potential buyers interest, and eventually my car was sold within 4 weeks of advertising, at a price which turned out to be much higher than other car selling websites were offering, and even higher than what I would have hoped from a private sell! I was always a little apprehensive to sell my car privately, but didn't want to settle of the lower price offered by car selling websites, so this proved the ideal solution. I also found the team very easy to interact with, and they were always very forthcoming and straight forward during the whole process. I definitely recommend MotorServ to sell a car, and would definitely use them again, both to sell and buy!

Outstanding value! I needed some work doing urgently having been told by another garage what was needed. They couldn’t fit me in for when I needed it. Thank god I went to MotorServUK! Turns out I didn’t need half of the work doing and the work that did was cheaper too! I implore them for their honesty and will be using from now on!
