No correspondence don't answer emails cancelled order after delivery date expires , promised full refund we shall see.seems like taking orders for bikes with no stock using money as a float
If I could give a zero star rating I would placed the order for my boys birthday present waited past delivery date hadn't heard nothing not even a confirmation email then when I chased it up was told was lost in transit then spent 2 weeks past the date they said they'd refund the money chasing it up to get my money back after not receiving my order would never order from them again and would not recommend to anyone else waist of time money effort and now my boy is without his buggy for his birthday thanks motox1
Showed stock, no communication and then shop cancelled order. Still waiting for refund and again no communication.
I wasn't quite sure how long to expect the delivery to be.
I emailed them, had a quick response back. Item arrived soon after.
I ordered a helmet for my grandson...he loves it!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a bike for my son on on the 20/07/24 no confirmation, no delivery updates sent 4 emails had no response shocking customer service I want to cancel order and they are not responding to my emails
Absolutely shocking!!! I ordered this on the 20th July, it’s now the 1st August and I have received nothing. No tracking number available, nothing. I have emailed around 5/6 times, no reply. I even have the owner Adam’s number - he puts me through to voicemail everytime. Ignores my text messages - nothing. How he is running a company is beyond me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order for a Revvi bike for my sons 3rd birthday. Have received a confirmation of the order but nothing since, no response to emails, instagram or facebook messages requesting an update on delivery. We are now nearly £400 down and no birthday present! Shocking customer service.
When I ordered the mini dirt bike for my son was bit of a nightmare as there was no info at all was given no delivery date or or even when to expect it when I was delivered it was delivered to has on the next street it was lucky they was decent people because I'd have had no clue it came it was a good little bike fast for what it is bit of damage on the frame (scratches) and had to buy a new wheel nut as other one wasn't tightening but that due to manufacturers I know that and customer service well you guys really need to sort this out you have good products good prices but really really have to sort out this issue with no way of us beimg able to contact you that is bad business im sorry to say
Avoid!!!! Had to pass this to my credit card company to deal with as the owner wouldn't respond to any messages regarding the faulty quad he sold me. Quad only ran for a handful of times, it now doesn't work at all! No response from company but still advertising on Facebook. The owner Adam has since blocked me from the Facebook page as I was warning other people about his scams.
I bought this product two weeks ago. I’ve not had an email any correspondence at all only this email to ask to read a review well I’m sorry I wouldn’t run my company like this. You need to let people know what is going on spent good money and nothing no emails no correspondence is simply not good enough.
Don't bother to place an order, it's disgusting. I placed an order on the 10th it said delivery by the 19th.. I have emailed them several times but absolutely no response. My 8 year old grandson is gutted as am I. I'm going to the police station to see if they can do anything to help as I'm to the point where I think it's a scam.. its not normal so please don't order from here.. stay safe online everyone
No contact from company, quick to take money, never received order, ordered another bike from different company a week after I ordered from this company and arrived already, and not had a refund
I’ve tried to contact this company at least seven times for a simple exhaust bracket for the KXD50 and I’ve still had no reply
Awful company, ordered a quad bike for my son, had absolutely no update on delivery, after numerous emails over a 3 week period with no reply, I finally had an email to say my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this useless company.
It’s been a little over 3 months now since my purchase and still not one reply has been received by them.I have located the unit and will be paying the guy a little visit whilst we are out there this week.
Take your money but don’t give you any details of when your product is going to arrive, no updates nothing, NO CONTACT NUMBER, don’t reply to emails for several days but send u an email to give them a review lol
Requested money back
Wouldn’t use again
I paid for the bike in October 2023 and was assured it would be a Christmas delivery. Many emails have been exchanged mainly from myself as they don’t like to reply. They blamed parcelforce. Parcelforce said the bike was still with the sender and to contact them. I tried to cancel the bike following the instructions on their website. They have not replied to an email since 23rd December 2023. No bike, £325 taken from my bank and no response to whether they intend to refund me. This place is a joke.
We have used this company several times now and always had a brilliant service happy with delivery and keep you updated all the way through would recommend this to anybody
