If I could give 0 stars I would! Bike came broken, no reply on emails & phone line apparently down so it says on the website. Ruined a 6year olds Christmas. Do not buy from this company!

Purchase a quad and the day before delivery was due it was canceled no I have to try find another quad by Wed for a birthday gift

Quad faulty and not work my son been out on it 3/4 times and just stopped been sending emails and receiving no answers. Been trying to find a phone number and none available. Really wouldn’t recommend this company. Very upset little boy and left out off pocket for a quad that doesn’t work. Also payed for an extra 6 month warranty which also cost £50 on top off the price.

So disappointed. Bike faulty, no drive and fluid leaking from gearbox. No reply to emails or messages.
Left with really upset little boy at Christmas and a huge hole in my finances. From the posts online I think I am just one of many customers.
Filed claim in smalls court company did not contest so judgment made in my favour.
They did not refund.

A few problems to list really, Bike came with plastics scratched through stickers too etc. the bike is bogging out due to a dirty carb! I’m a mechanic by trade so I know what I’m doing and what concerned me the most is the brake discs are warped, no amount of customisation with the pins will stop them from scraping.
Bike wrong colour also. And came without tool kit! Box was damaged upon delivery too! This is meant to be brand new! I’ve tried contacting customer service a few times and I understand it is Christmas but it’s been a while now and I’ve no reply but when contacting to enquire about a purchase they replied the same day.

I suppose this is what happens when you purchase cheap Chinese made bikes. It’s a shame really as I thought I got a bargain

Update 1st February!!! After numerous, and I mean numerous attempts at trying to contact this company it has resorted me contacting a solicitor who has gone ahead with the application at the small claims court due to them not replying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WHO DROP SHIP FAULTY PRODUCTS AND DONT HONOR THE SATISFACTORY OR SAFE PRODUCT.

Ordered a kdx50cc for my sons birthday which is 20th december. Placed my order on the 13th november on pre order for the 7th december. Apparantly it was shipped on the 15th december and showing as delivery fullfilled on the 18th december. Ive not received the bike and the postcode they have put on the delivery doesnt even exist as was going to drive there to see if its been delivered to wrong address. I received a message on friday 15th to confirm my delivery address which i did then every time i message the number now no reply. Ive left 3 voicemails no response and 11 emails with no reply. I understand they are busy due to christmas but that doesnt help me when they just ignire me. My son now has nothing to open on his 8th birthday thanks to motox1. I cant even give him his xmas presents for his birthday and the bike for xmas as i dont even know if it will be here by then. Also no tracking number or even a name of delivery company who is supposed to be dwlivering it to me. I hope they can see this and get in touch with me via phone. If this gets sorted asap then i will improve my rating but as it stands im not very happy at all understandably

Yes it was okay, but I do think you need more information on shipping and they got the colour wrong. They had no blue left so we ordered green and got orange but once they received shipping it all went smoothly

Not kept in touch with me and I’ve ordered 2 dirt bikes ~ worrying they won’t come

No bike no info no customer service refund

I have ordered a 12 inch pink Revvi bike for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. Ended up upgrading it for her and she loved it even more! Definitely a great buy for young kids wanting to ride bikes!!

Very quick and really pleased with the quad

Quad arrived quickly and it was delivered well packaged. Informed throughout from when purchased to delivery.
Highly recommend

Ordered a revvi 16. To be honest I can't fault the guys/ladies at motox1.
Order came within a week of ordering,
Was updated with order processing and delivery information.
Can't say on how the bike performs as it will be put away until my daughters birthday.
Battery charges fine.

Ordered my boy a mini Moto hear nothing back since October email them and had no reply. I hope this site isn't a scam. I reviewed 1 star but if I get my boys bike B4 Xmas I will change my review,till then I'm not happy
