Don't waste your time here. Shipping will take forever if it arrives at all. Meanwhile, the customer service reps will keep telling you it will be shipped next day. My order got shipped to their "main" warehouse but it finally never got routed to me. After 16 days, they offered to give me a refund.

I purchased a jacket twice from them and did not get what I ordered. The first time they sent me the wrong color jacket. The second time I received an email two days after I made the purchase that the jacket was no longer available. Not professional. I would pay more at another site to ensure you get more reliable service.

Mountain Warehouse clothing team have been helpful and efficient, deliveries were fast and return process was easy. Their customer services responded to queries very fast and helpful. Our whole family are happy with the mid layer fleeces and tops, thanking to Matin Lewis’s website recommendations about Mountain Warehouses. Excellent value for money purchases. We don’t quite need to turn the heating on yet, wearing the fleece all day long, nice colour , soft, comfortable, lightweight and quick dry.

5 stars for Mountain Steals !! My first order arrived today and I don't need to return anything. Everything fit. The customer service is excellent, the clearance items really are a STEAL and the shipping was only $4.95....so REASONABLE. I'll definately return and do some gift shopping for Christmas !

Reading a lot of negative reviews here I was concerned. But my experience was the best. Fast and good communication with helpline, fast shipment, they even lowered the noted price for duties with international shipping. Thx!

I read the reviews here before ordering and was prepared to have some problem with my first ever order from this website. My order was confirmed, and received shipping confirmation next day and actually received my jackets in 3 days time which was faster than I thought. Ordered from Texas, so far no issue with the items and got them at very good price. I have not tried returning anything though. I plan to order from the website again.

I’d like to edit that they finally agreed to issue me a refund since it wasn’t an expensive order.

I ordered a pair of shorts and never received them! They emailed me saying there was nothing they could do because fedex shows it as being delivered. I told them they could put in a claim for a stolen package so they can at least refund the money to me. That’s why there’s insurance on shipping. They told me they don’t do that and I should file a report with the police. I’d be willing to bet they did file a report and kept the insurance money. I use to work in shipping I know how this works. A package gets lost or stolen, the shipper files a claim with the delivery company, providing proofs/cost of product and the shipper gets refunded the money. They are then supposed to refund the consumer but they are refusing to do so. Pretty much told me I could be keeping the product and reporting it stolen to get a free pair of shorts. This shady company accused me of being the shady one!

**EDIT***. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS A 33.00 ORDER

one of the shadiest online store you can find. don't deal with them. i bought mucks boots on their website and took them over a week to contact me that they didn't have it in stock. i checked their website and they changed the pricing and clearly see how many are in stock. don't deal with them ever

Placed an order for 2 pair of kids boots for a planned trip. Website said they were in stock. Utilized PayPal and paid immediately. A week later received an email stating they were no longer available. Very poor inventory and fulfillment management. If you’re going to present yourself as a professional quality estore, have your infrastructure working correctly so you don’t put folks in a bind. I suggest ordering from reputable retailers moving forward. It’s not a steal if you get the shaft…

three4nine8hey barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags. I sent an email to the company they do not answer my email then I went on thethis company they admitted their mistake is what I order, and they sent me the wrong colors and different material item finally they have provided me a refund and return label FOR THIS CHEAP THIN CHEAP MATERIAL DRESS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ... I made an order and was charged via PayPal immediately for 105.03. The order never shipped - was canceled by Mountainsteals - I was never informed - and the money was not refunded to my account. Have been on hold for a long time with customer service. Update .... Once I reach someone at customer service they did refund my money the following day. I think it's poor service though to just cancel an order, not issue a refund, and not inform the customer.

I ordered a prodcut that was advertised as new but was actually used. The tag was not longer attached, and the prastic wrap had holes. Someone had bought it, used it, returned it, and then Mountainsteals resold it as new.

I have been a purchaser of outdoor clothing and equipment for decades. I would never again buy from MountainSteals, which is part of MooseJaw. I ordered an item which arrived defective and non-functional, but they wouldn't pay for the return shipping and were dismissive in email (you can't call and speak with anyone). Since they have been increasingly rude and unhelpful, and my request to speak with a manager was refused. I would never buy again from this company, and I suggest you don't, either. Most companies in this discount field have wonderful customer service...we don't need to get screwed by this one.

I ordered several items on Mountainsteals.com and ran into an issue with the expedited shipping. I spoke with John and he did an outstanding job resolving my issue. I am thoroughly impressed with him and will order through MountainSteals for my future outdoor needs.

I found a great deal on a jacket I'd had my eye on (since losing a very similar one in France a few years ago). I was excited to order one in a specific color, my package arrived... and it was totally the wrong item. Like, not even a jacket. The company agreed to replace my missing jacket with another one of the same size, but they all were out of jackets in my color. The replacement color was more expensive and not the one I wanted but at the end of the day I'm happy to have the jacket and thankful they did not charge me the difference. Just wish this whole mess had been avoided by sending me the right item in the first place.

Ordered women's Dusty olive Merrell.got a man's shoe not Dusty olive but orange and brown..no response customer service..they keep blocking my Bait and switch review..have ordered from them over 5 year's.never again.🤔.

I found this site, wasn't sure about it and did some research to find out it was by the mother store Moose Jaw. I found a great price on a coat by Columbia that I wanted. Shipped fast and arrived in a timely manner. I loved the coat. It fit true. So, I can't speak on customer service, as I didn't have to contact them. But, I made sure to read sizing guide and measurements on jacket before buying. It was as described on their website. The coat was so soft, warm and beautiful. I didn't see any bad reviews before I purchased from them and I'm glad I didn't. My order went smoothly. I would suggest making your own decisions and decide once you order from them. Thanks to Mountain steals I have a beautiful, warm and comfy coat. Plus, it was 1/2 the price of other sites.
