Horrible service. Only 3 movers for my whole house. Lots of furniture and stuf is broken. Stil waiting for my complaint to be answered. This is the worst moving company ever.

From start to finish they were friendly, efficient and professional. Their price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend them . They seriously took the stress out of my move. Great service guys

The guys had to move us from a 2 bedroom house to another place about 10 miles away. They arrived promptly on a Saturday morning @ 08:00. We had to do 2 trips, however they completed all of the work before 12:00. No damage, excellent communication and extremely fast and hard workers. Definitely recommend them.

After asking for quotes from a removal comparison site I got a call by move24 with a quote. He was very polite and asked to list the itinerary. At that point I was given a very reasonable quote (beating the other prices I've been given from other companies), their was no pressure to say ok at that point instead an email was sent with all the information and a link to pay online.
A few days before the move an email was sent with all the details I needed.
On the move day the guys phoned in the morning to let me know the time. They were very professional and moved everything quickly but carefully along with unassembling furniture. Once we got to the other side they placed everything were we wanted it and went on their way. We added a few bits of furniture which we hadn't placed in the itinerary but the movers were more than happy to move these at no extra cost.
All in all an excellent service!

Had a terrible time with this company. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but do not use this company unless you wish to encounter a great deal of stress in your life. Instead of sending a removal truck to my house, they sent a van, not much bigger than a Luton. We were moving from the UK to France. Some of our things were left behind. I have never received any form of compensation for the stress or expense caused, let alone compensation from their insurance department for what was left behind. Does this company even have insurance I ask myself? Their claims department are completely useless, you cannot talk to them on the phone and they completely ignore emails. Very unprofessional. This company were completely at fault. Now I find myself having to spend more of my time obtaining legal advice. I would not want anyone else to go through this experience!

Planning was a little difficult to follow at first, but the move itself went very smoothly. No major complaints!

We were quite nervous going in as this was the first time we had used an online moving company. However, the experience was wonderful. The staff at Move24 were really patient with us and our concerns, they went out of their way to eliminate these even ordering extra boxes for us at the last minute. The team they sent out from Gladiator Removals were excellent. They arrived on time, were super professional and courteous, took excellent care of our things and were lead by a wonderful team leader. Thanks to all!

I would not hesitate recommending Move 24. Firstly, they offered the most competitive rate compared to others, for a removal from London to Ireland. From the outset, they communicated immediately to set up a date and were a pleasure to deal with on the phone. The removal staff were very prompt, courteous and efficient and took great care packing up precious items. Again, communication in Ireland was excellent and they were most accommodating when the furniture had to be directed a short distance elsewhere. I would highly recommend this company for their efficiency and cost and would like to thank Move24 for a stress-free delivery.

If you don't have to read the full review: Don't waste your money and time. Don't use them.

Now, if you are interested in the reason of my review, I will tell you 3 reasons:

a) They are trying to scam you: You can think my case is an isolated case. If you look the distribution of reviews in TrustPilot you will see that 40% are 5 stars and 40% are 1 star. This is the typical profile of companies that buy reviews to boost their public image (maybe because it is really bad)

b) They subcontract other companies and they try to scam them: my example, they subcontracted MoveCorp and Move24 did not inform them about the whole terms and conditions, like packing. In my case, this forced me to change the schedule of the move.

c) They do not respond to claims: I received two dirty pieces of furniture. I took pictures in the very same day, they were acknowledged by the moving company but Move24 ignored me totally. (Why they have an insurance???)

Now it is up to you....

Uncommunicative, provide wrong or blank automated emails, furniture turned up damaged and they haven't acknowledge our claim and worst of all they took an unauthorised payment from my account after I had settled the full amount which resulted in a bank charge for me AND overcharged me by a sum of £380 and didn't apologise.

These guys are awful, they just seem to want your initial booking money and then once they have it their customer service is non-existent.

1. they misunderstood our moving needs and booked storage we did not need
2. they said they would get rid of the storage and deliver direct (even on the day of pickup they said this) then put the stuff in storage for over a week
3. they repeatedly sent incorrect information regarding booking dates etc. causing some panic
4. they badly damaged two items of double bubble wrapped furniture
5. They made an unauthorized debit of £450 from our account over a week after delivery for 'additional space' in their T&Cs the price for this additional service is £115 if booked 72 hours before pickup, they confirmed this additional service 5 days before pickup.
6. any attempt to contact them takes hours

Our house sale was delayed at the last minute, the afternoon before we were due to move. Move24 allowed us to switch the dates at no extra cost for the following week. We had no problems the next week, they arrived on time, were very efficient and I would recommend them to all my friends...in fact I already have told a friend to use them.

I made multiple changes to what we were actually moving and this was accommodated with no problem.

I used Move24 for my recent move and I found them very good. The price was competitive and on the day of the move the removal guys were efficient and professional. All of our items were intact and when a small problem occurred they rectified it straight away. All the employees of move24 were friendly and very helpful!

The phone quote was provided quickly and was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received. I was a bit concerned that this would lead to problems and poor service but everything went very smoothly. I received good communication leading up to removal day. The removal guys turned up at the right time, moved all of the items on the list and completed the job efficiently. They worked very hard! I was relieved and very pleased that I chose Move 24.

I found the whole process from quotation to moving very efficient and easy to follow. There was a minor issue with quotation size however the movers on the day were incredibly helpful and the additional move required came at no extra cost.

Great service, arrived on time, loaded everything cheerfully and efficiently and similarly unloaded at my new place. Excellent value for money at less than half the price I was quoted by another firm.

Check the reviess from page 3 onwards - they are obviously faking good reviews, as they had so many 1 star ones. Another bloody joke from this awful company.

A 1 year saga - never written reviews before but I cannot stay quiet about this AWFUL company.

Great customer service until we signed up. Paid for packing up kitchen as well as I was 35 weeks pregnant (with a difficult pregnancy). Called the day before to check all was well, they had the wrong packing list. Called 4 more times. They assured me all would be moved.

On the day, two kids turned up in a van they'd hired on their own. They had no blankets, no boxes, no bubble wrap and no clue. My husband had to show them how to wrap up our kitchen and had to help when he was supposed to be sorting garden furniture. 1.5 hour (estimated by Move 24) move took 7 hours. Obviously they have damaged furniture. Huge chips taken out of the bottom of wardrobes, dents in drawers, scratches all over, they managed to mark the top or front of every piece of furniture. Then there was furniture left in front garden of old flat (in central London!) as movers had 'worked their hours'. (Thanks to the new owners who let us leave it there when they could have claimed it as theirs or done us for trespass). Husband had to go back alone with a borrowed van to collect furniture at night so it wouldn't be stolen (although a 'kind' neighbour had already removed some of it - we were able to get this back). Calls and calls and calls from us to discuss, all we get is threatening emails about collection agencies. Then finally - we speak to a real person. They give us a whopping £140 discount for over £1000 worth of broken furniture, dents in walls of both properties and frankly the most stressful move and process ever.

We refuse to pay, and are now in some kind of mediation process to resolve 1 year on, but again today, I've had another threatening voicemail about collection agencies. Nice. Threaten to send baliffs round when you know I'm at home alone with a baby. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was contacted by someone from Move24 after doing an online move company comparison. The person on the phone did an online quote for my house and I told him later that I was happy to proceed for the moving. As soon as I had an address and the date I will have the keys of my next home, I contacted the person I talked before and we fixed the moving date. A few days before the move I had some items on my list without issues. For the moving day, I had a time slot when I should expect the movers. They were very nice and knew what there were doing. The move has been done without any issues, nothing broken or missing. Even if it is stressful to move, everything was alright.
