Stellar customer service and products!

I have ordered camera bodies and lenses from MPB multiple times and would highly recommend it. Products have been high quality, true to pictures, quickly delivered. I recently ordered a Lumix lens which didn't fit my camera body. I easily got through to the MPB team who were responsive, extremely helpful and arranged a return and replacement order for me. Thank you to the team! I look forward to ordering from MPB again

Trusted and Reliable

I have bought numerous lenses from the company over the years and always been highly satisfied. Recently, I decided to upgrade one those and used their part exchange service. It couldn't have been simpler; I was offered an excellent indicative trade in price, which was duly honoured. From starting the process to receiving my replacement lens took just 4 days.

Very happy, very impressed

From the moment I sent in my Sony a6000 to the moment I received my brilliant a6500, the experience has been nothing but positive. The quote I received for my old gear was confirmed and I received my new kit a few days later. Excellent communication throughout and I will definitely visit MPB in the future.

Made contact with MPB to sell a lot of equipment. The service was fantastic, Ben was so helpful and patient answering my questions promptly. Could not be happier.
From when collection was, to know that they had received all packages safely. To when equipment was going to be looked at. Prompt payment and explanations as to why some prices went up and a couple down. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Ben and all the team at MPB. You made a sad stressful time run very smoothly.

purchase with caution

Bought a lens from here and it started having issues right outside the 6 month window it was a “like new “ lens and is the worst lens I’ve ever purchased. It buzzes and hums and shakes horribly I honestly thought it might’ve been my camera until I tried a bunch of my other lenses on and realized it’s the lens. I have bought other used lenses before and never had this issue and owned them for years. It’s very disappointing because when I reached out to customer service they said there’s nothing they can do for me. They couldn’t even offer to help repair it or anything. Now I feel like I’m just out all this money on a lens when I could’ve honestly bought one brand new for not much more than what I spent. I have barely even had a chance to use this lens since i bought it and now i have a useless lens. Just be cautious when purchasing from here because they could be selling faulty products with no resolution to you. I take care of my stuff so it’s not like I’ve done anything to damage this lens and there’s no way it should be having these type of issues. The customer service representative I talked to just kept saying the same thing over and over about how they can’t do anything for me, offered no apology ,No resolution nothing. As someone who owns their own business and genuinely respects customer service I hate receiving terrible customer service.

All of our items are carefully checked before sale, but as used equipment, faults can occasionally develop over time. That’s why we provide a 6-month warranty to cover any issues that arise shortly after purchase. In this case, as the issue was reported outside of that period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a repair or replacement under warranty.

We do recognize how disappointing this situation is and appreciate your feedback, particularly regarding how this was communicated. We’ll take this on board as we continue working to improve the support experience we provide.

Be aware of this company.

I purchased a lens that was supposed to be delivered within a few days. On the delivery date, the courier updated the tracking to say delivery would be delayed until the next day — annoying, but these things happen.

However, over the following days the tracking never moved. After contacting support on the third day after the promised delivery date, the tracking suddenly updated out of nowhere to show the parcel as “successfully delivered” two days earlier at 23:59.

I immediately contacted support again, but my messages were either ignored or answered with generic responses that made me feel like I was being treated as the scammer.

During the dispute process, Evri updated the tracking information multiple times, even changing delivery dates. I emailed support every time with screenshots and evidence, but nothing was properly addressed. I eventually had to open a PayPal claim to get any real help. My requests for delivery proof, photos, or GPS confirmation were completely ignored.

In the end, the lens was finally delivered two weeks later after countless emails between Evri, PayPal, and MPB.

Unfortunately, I missed my holiday with the new lens I was really looking forward to using.

When things go wrong, you are completely on your own. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them, there are better places to shop where customer support actually helps.

MPB is my preferred place to swap gear

The entire process from start to finish is easy. Selling prices are competitive and trade-in values are better than the competition. I've upgraded often with MPB and will do so again in the future.

I bought a quality item at a great price.

I bought a quality item at a great price although the delivery by Evri wasn't very good but MPB gave me a £10 discount voucher way of an apology. I was very impressed with their kind gesture and will definitely buy from them again.
