I ordered a 40” bed & got a bed that is 36” & part of the outer ring has no stuffing in it. I previously purchased three 40” beds without any issue. When I emailed them with my problem & said I wanted to return it for a refund they emailed me instructions with a return label & informed me that they would not cover the shipping to send it back that I would have to pay the shipping. The quality of the product has really gone down & I think the customer service is pathetic. I will buy a MuddyMatt bed next time.

Originally my purchase was not filled as requested. After expressing my dissatisfaction i was contacted by the CEO. He then proceeded to give me a partial refund after having said I would recieve a full refund. However he did correct their mistake and I am now satisfied with my interaction with the company. The dog bed is as advertised and Oliver is using the bed daily! Thankyou for your attention to this matter.

My dogs love every one of their fluffy products. They have the blanket, the bed, the orthopedic bed, which is great for my greyhound, and now the couch cover. They automatically just go straight to that part of the couch. They wash up great. I have ordered one knock off from Amazon just because I wanted a small one for my little dog quick and I could get it overnight. My greyhound does use it for a pillow but it doesn't feel as nice and doesn't look as comfy. I'll always use your products from now on.

Paid a good amount for what looked like the perfect bed. Item recieved was of cheap quality, had nothing like the padding advertised, material cover was cheap and zipper looked to be failing already. Overall i wouldnt waste your time or money. Its NOT FIT for purpose!! Return shipping is an address in Germany... will cost about the same as purchased item to send it back and get my money back!DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bed is okay. CEO made the experience better.
I think this bed is overpriced for the quality. But I will say that I had a very positive experience with the CEO when I voiced my concerns. He sent me a second bed for free in hopes that the quality was better the second time around.

It's not just dogs that love these pet beds...
I bought these beds for my cats to curl up in. Having received them, I excitedly unpacked them, thinking that they would dive right into them, but NO! They stalked around these new FLUFFY but not moving THINGS on their floor!
Once they finally worked out that this was a new soft spot to curl up in... they have taken to them like ducks to a pond, and for the first night in a long time, I got a great night's sleep and was not woken by the kittens wanting to snuggle on the bed.

The Bed arrived a week late, and when I unpacked the bed, it wasn't fluffy at all. I had to add soft pillows to fill out the liner so it would look as close as it did in your picture.
