My dog loves her new bed. After we received the new bed, we experienceed a thunder storm and my dog headed for her new bed and felt secure as she snuggled into it.
What a great product, I couldn't recommend it more. My only wish is that I would have bought the largest size.

I had an issue with the design of the…
I had an issue with the design of the earlier version of the bed. The stitching for the surrounding donut ring was not well positioned and easily accessible to the puppies. They pulled all the stuffing out of the bed.
I sent a description of what happened to the company and they immediately offered to replace the bed. I did not notify them with the intent of getting a replacement bed for free. A few months later the company contacted me and asked if I would accept another redesigned bed for my dog to try. That bed has improved construction and a full zipper around the donut for cleaning the bed. This new design appears to be stronger and the stitching is less readily available to puppies (who will chew on anything).

Great communiation
I sent an email to company and got a reply from the CEO of the company. What a surprise. He stayed in comunication with me throughout the process of getting the issue I was having with the product until it was finished and even thanked me even though I returned the product. This company will be around for awhile. It is good to see a company that truly cares and is in the U.S.

Do not buy
I bought the cooling dog mat. It was £25 so expensive but I thought would be worth it if it cooled my dog down. The description says 'silk material'. When it arrived, the label says nylon/polyester. I put my dog on it and it just feels warm and doesn't cool her at all. It is a waste of money and the advertising is inaccurate as it is nylon not silk. I have asked for a refund but no reply as of now. Do not buy.

Advertises as UK but is international.
Even though it is a .co.uk website and says it is a Mr Fluffy Friend UK, it doesn't ship from the UK. It comes from either Central Europe, East Asia or the USA, they don't tell you which, so you just have to assume it's the European one as it's the closest one. They don't advertise this easily on the website, it is hidden away in FAQs. So factor that in when ordering as of you are in the UK they give up a royal mail tracking number, which doesn't update until the parcel gets in the UK, so you can't see where it is when it has left the Full filament centre and they don't have any tracking information to tell you where it is until royal mail gets it.
If I had known all this before I'm not sure if I would have ordered from them, just hope the cool mat I have order arrives soon and works as advertised.

Older dogs suspicious on new bed and won't use
The Fluffy Friend dog bed is very nice and well built. However, after a few days, neither of my dogs will go near it. The younger dog sleeps on my bed or sofa. I specifically bought the bed for my 13 year old Kuvasz who is having some issues with her back legs. She will not go near the bed. It is only a few days so it just may be that they aren't used to it, or maybe my bed and sofa are more comfortable

Things made right
I had a not so good experience in December 2025 concerning the shipping of the dog bed. About 3 weeks ago, Bob Schneider, CEO & Co-founder reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate the effort and commend him for doing the right thing and making me, and my dogs, satisfied customers. The dogs love the bed and seem very comfortable sleeping in it.

Good company, nice bed, crazy dog
Experience with the company has been great. Sadly so far my dog will not use this bed on his own at all. If I put it on my lap he’ll sit in it. Aside from that he ignores it completely…..well except yesterday when my perfectly housebroken boy peed on it. Bed was easy to remove fillers and wash, this was nice. I purchased with the hope of easing his separation anxiety, so far no help in this area. The non-slip surface on bottom isn’t very non-slip, in our case that doesn’t matter.

Definitely fluffy material
Definitely fluffy material - boy, but how stiff the bottom of the beds are with the it feels overstuffed pad for the bottom of the bed. None of my 5 cats have used the beds yet, they will eventually I hope.

After a bad experience with this…
After a bad experience with this company and a review showing as such, I was surprised to receive an email probably 6 months after the fact. The email stated they were trying to make things right, so they offered me a replacement bed on the condition that I remove the review. A bit leary, but did as they requested. I stated the original bed was way to small and would like for it to be upgraded a couple of sizes, to which they agreed. The bed arrived in less than a week and is much better size wise, though still a bit confused on how they determine sizes, but thats another issue, just order bigger to be safe. I will state that the company held true to their promise and I am not nearly as disappointed. I appreciate their efforts to correct the problem and will probably order from them again in the future. I am giving 4stars for what they did to repair the situation
