Please note that our beds are vacuum packed for shipping efficiency, so it’s completely normal that they initially appear compressed or bulkier in shape when first unpacked. They do need some time to fully expand, and gently shaking and fluffing the bed helps redistribute the filling evenly. These instructions are also included in the packaging guide.

Mr Fluffy friend are wonderful to work with!My niece has 2 rescue dogs that she was bringing back to Pittsburgh. They were 7000 miles away on Je-ju island South Korea. We had ordered 2 beds for them to make feel as comfortable as possible. The 2 beds were smaller than we wanted,so I contacted Marnie at Mr. Fluffy Friend. We ended up sending the 2 beds back, and exchanging them for 2 larger beds. EVERY step from our 1st e-mail, Marnie ALWAYS answered every e-mail and followed through with everything that was promised me. The 2 dogs are here,and very happy on their beds! I would highly recommend purchasing their products!

My dog loves his bed and so do I
My dog loves his bed and so do I. By far the best bed he’s ever had. At £90 it’s expensive for a dog bed but seeing him in it, I would pay more. It comes vacuum wrapped so when I first took it out, I wasn’t sure. It took a few hours to settle itself fully and the result is a very comfy bed, with what I can only describe as a dog mattress in the round part. My dog is snoring away in it at present. I’m not sure how to add photos to the review but would do if I could.

Very cheap material
I received this bed and within three days there was already two tears in the material. The material is not very sturdy at all not happy with this product one bit.

Customer service was great. The product is ok. It is understuffed. I gave a bad review. They reached out and sent me a new bed free of charge. The second bed is exactly like the first one understuffed. You have a good product. Listen to your customers. YOU NEED MORE FOAM IN THIS BED!!!!

Beware of trying to return product
I decided I didn't want the MrFluffyFriend bed that I purchased on 05/14/26. I never even opened the package. I emailed MrFluffyFriend with the question how to return for a refund. It took DAILY requests and after the 4th or 5th request I got the return form. I returned the package (again - unopened) on 06/03/26 and confirmation of delivery by UPS on 06/08/26. Now MrFluffyFriend said they never received it so I will not get my refund!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This company is not buyer friendly.

Horrible customer service!
I returned an UNOPENED dog bed. I provided the company with tracking information. The package was received in April 2026. It is now June 2026 and I have not received a refund. I have been emailed them the entire time and they cannot even provide a date in which I can expect a refund. I do not recommend purchasing from this site!

Give your dog the 5 star treatment every day with the latest Fluffy blanket. I bought the largest size ( even though my dog is a tiny Italian Greyhound ) to put on my bed, and she loves snuggling into it, even though the weather is warming up. The blanket is so light and airy that she never gets too hot, nor do I sleeping next to her. All the MrFluffyFriend products wash like a dream and are dry as soon as you need them. I wish you made blankets to fit human beds, they feel like silk and you can't resist stroking them as well as your dog underneath them.

The minute I took the calming furniture cover out of its wrapping and gave it a shake our elderly Gussie came and went to sleep on it. And it was lying on the floor not her favorite couch. She spends a lot of time sleeping on that wonderful fluffy cover. It is the best.

Save your money poor quality
Ordered a large dog bed but what arrived was a vacuum packed pile of junk. I don't normally leave poor reviews but WOW this product is useless
Having read your response to my review I ask that you don't send me a video as this item is now where it belongs to be....in the dustbin awaiting collection. I foolishly parted with money without reviewing your company first. The fact that you're reviews on trustpilot show more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews says it all. The donut is so soft
The donut is so soft. And the middle is large enough for both of my boys to fit in. My Wilson would rather sleep in the donut than with me and Winston in bed. This is great for me so I don't have to sleep on the edge of the bed when both boys sleep with me.😊

The only thing I regret is not getting a bigger size. I got it foe Bella, my 11 year old Chiweenie. I have 2 dogs Bella and Ginger who is a small Chihuahua. (The baby of the family 1 year) they both love it. It fits Ginger quite nicely but poor Bella is just a little to big. They both love it. It gets hot on Texad. This helps my furbabies stay cool. If I could attach a picture you would see how happy she is. Nit huffing and puffing from heat but quietly resting on her cooling pad.

If it Sounds Too Good to be True, it usually is!
The marketing hype around the dog beds led us, foolishly, to place an order under the misapprehension that, as a company with warehouses across Europe and the United States, their products would comply, in our case, with European safety and consumer laws, thus perfectly safe for use in the home, as well as for dogs and any children - they are neither.
The bed we purchased had a strong, obnoxious chemical smell, and its composition lacks legitimate fire-safety certification.
Therefore, we couldn’t, in good conscience, even consider recycling the bed, using the Pets at Home donation bin, and risk subjecting any dog to the bed’s vile chemicals. So straight into our refuse bin for landfill it went.
Thankfully, we decided to buy the smallest and cheapest dog bed to test on our West Highland Terrier and hadn't invested in a far more expensive bed for our Golden Retriever.
We ought to have stuck with a UK brand as usual, such as the Red Dog Company, George Barclay or even Pets at Home, but like so many people right now, we were looking to save some money.
We also feel like bigger idiots for missing a huge red flag literally sitting in plain view on their website, stating:
‘Please note: Due to high demand, we are almost out of stock.’
An epitaph which we only noticed when we were looking to initiate a refund request, and one that should have anyone seeing it running for the hills!
Please do not follow our lead, albeit through forgetfulness, and always check Trustpilot before parting with your money, and, where possible, use a credit card, not a debit card, as it is far easier and straightforward to have it reversed, once one has proven the company failed to respond to our return requests and therefore its own policy, even those written on rice paper.
