Great service from quotation to execution of the move, the team from Mr Shifter, where professional and delivered a great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

Amazing service from all the lads at Mr Shifter, I called fairly last minute and they managed to fit us in.
They came around to ensure the quote was correct and that we knew what to expect on the date.
They waited until we got the keys for our new house and were there within 30 minutes of us getting in and they ensured everything was in the rooms that we wanted it in and were friendly and worked so hard getting large solid furniture from a flat round some tight stairs.
If we ever move again we will be using MR Shifter.

We needed some large furniture items moved in after renovations and having new floors installed. They arrived on time, got everything moved quickly and efficiently and were very helpful and friendly. Reasonable cost, too.

Cant recommend Mr Shifter enough. The nightmare that is moving home was handled brilliantly by the guys. They were patient with us when we were dealing with legal issues in the chain, they helped us out no end. And the moving day was countless times better because of their work. We have a carved wood staircase at our new property and they worked their way around it with ease and we own enough pots and plants to start a garden centre, all were transported with no issues.

I was very happy with the service I received from Mr Shifter, they came in good time and worked efficiently and swiftly to get the van loaded. They kept me informed throughout the morning and were ready to go to my new property by late morning. When I got my keys for the new house they were there and ready to unpack, they asked me where I wanted everything and put down mats to protect the flooring. They got the whole contents moved with not one thing broken which I was very pleased about.I would definitely recommend Jim and his team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered the required packing materials well in advance of the move and communication with the office was first rate. On the day of the move the 2 movers were careful but fast and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Mr Shifter to anyone.

The Removal Company Mr Shifter was very helpful and amiable when we had to change the moving date. The removal men who were assigned to moving us were very helpful and went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble to them. I would definitely recommend this company whose prices were competitive and value for money.

Fantastic customer service from the start of the process until the end at an affordable rate!
The office staff who I arranged the job with were helpful and answered all my questions (and I had a lot as I had never done this before).
I went with the service where Mr Shifter provided me with the packing materials, a member of staff came round my old home and quoted the amount of materials I would need and more questions were answered!
Constant communication to when the materials would be dropped off and the next steps of the process.
On moving day, the lads came round around 1pm, very friendly and put me at ease. They packed the van up quite quickly with zero damage to any of the products. At the new house they placed the boxes where the labels advised and if there was not a label they asked. And they even asked me if I was happy with the position of my bed and moved it around until I was happy.

When the move was finished, I remember thinking, there was no stress to that, and it went really smooth, and this is because of the great staff and services of Mr Shifter!

We have just moved using Mr Shifter.

It was good that we had a survey to check the extent of what had to be moved, and whilst the removal guys themselves were a bit rough and ready, they were friendly, and packed the van to the roof.

When we arrived at our new house, it was pouring with rain, with lots of sand and concrete on the floor from the construction site of the new house.

They provided protection for our new carpets, and were very impressive when getting our large sofa into the lounge.

I’ve used Mr Shifter for my last 3 house moves. The teams are friendly, professional and organised, can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant team! 2 days shifting our huge amount of stuff from 1 house to another and putting most of my colour coded boxes in the right place!
This is the 2nd time we've used them and will do again.
Top tip... take the key release insurance... it's worth it!

Ease of quote online to list items for move. Short notice move. On the day of the move they turned up on time made sure that mattresses etc were covered and secure. Offloading in my hew home was quick and painless- no damage to any items or new property.
