Clear online ordering process, required tyres obtained quickly, flexible fitting appointments, work completed efficiently and tracking well explained and adjusted.

I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment and the guys fitted me in as soon as they could (which was not later than the appointment).
The time it took to change the tyres was awesome as there was two chaps working on the car, I think it was about 30 minutes to do all four which is great. So I can’t say anything negative about that side…..
Only thing I could potentially say is that I wasn’t advised anything about the tyres that were already on the vehicle e.g were they legal, illegal, tread wear, damaged etc etc and that would have been ideal to know….If I knew that information I would have definitely given them five stars. Overall I was happy but just needed that extra bit of detail.

Really easy online booking experience with good range of tyres available. Many slots available for fitting to choose from. Super quick fitting on the day and really friendly and professional service from all the team. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

First rate service, as usual! Spotted a large tear in the wall of my tyre just before I was setting off for a motorway journey, I was miles from home, but fortunately only 2 miles from the Coventry branch, one call to Andy confirmed he had the tyre, less than 40 mins later I’m on my way, always use Mr Tyre, always polite professional staff and keen prices, highly recommended.
