Booked for MOT online and then turned…
Booked for MOT online and then turned the next day the guy on the check in desk had spotted my number plate whilst `i was parking and had notified the workshop of my arrival. The whole process only took 50mins or so (not quite sure as I went and had a coffee up the road). It was a pleasure to deal with Mr Tyre at the Coventry branch and would recommend them to anyone. The staff were friendly and efficient.

On arrival for my MOT
On arrival for my MOT, I was greeted by my name, very friendly and polite service.
Left vehicle with them and came back 45 minutes later, job complete and vehicle parked up and ready to drive away. I have been going here for many years, always a good price and staff really friendly and helpful.

The New management team have made a great difference to the customer service experience at this place. I had stoped going because of the poor attitude of the previous manager. However I was informed that things had changed and they certainly have right from the initial phone call enquiry to getting my puncture repaired. Easy to book MOT & Service, reasonably priced, friendly and efficient service, prompt updates with any issues, quick correction of essential repairs after verbal instructions, good advice on potential future issues. Use Mr Tyre regularly for tyres and service, never disappoint.

Excellent
We were spending the weekend in Colchester and on the way there we got a puncture. While a couple of other garages weren't very helpful on the phone, Mr Tyre were keen to help and got us in straight away. The tyre was changed quickly at a reasonable price and they were happy to check other wheels for signs of damage.
