I’ve found the longton branch to be very helpful and fair . Many times I’ve had quotes for work and they charge the lower quote .

Had the tyres we wanted on the shelf at the Longton branch - booked online for them to be fitted within an hour. We couldn't find the locking wheel nut socket but the Mr Tyre Tech did thankfully!! All done and dusted and on our way in about 30 mins - fantastic same-day service and keenly priced tyres also. We will return.

They badly scratched my car whilst…
They badly scratched my car whilst replacing 2 front tyres. They apologised and sent me to a local repair shop which they are paying for also the area manager rang and also apologised plus they will pay for a courtesy car whilst mine being repaired . I did put 2 stars but that would not be fair on their service which is really good just the fitter had a bad morning scratching my car so I ended up putting 4 stars
