They badly scratched my car whilst…
They badly scratched my car whilst replacing 2 front tyres. They apologised and sent me to a local repair shop which they are paying for also the area manager rang and also apologised plus they will pay for a courtesy car whilst mine being repaired . I did put 2 stars but that would not be fair on their service which is really good just the fitter had a bad morning scratching my car so I ended up putting 4 stars

Good customer service
The person at the front desk did a great job. They were very polite, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. You can tell they are hardworking and take their role seriously. Really appreciate the excellent service!
