Top Service As Always.
I typically visit Mr. Tyre for my vehicle's tire needs. Today marked my first experience with their MOT service. The waiting room was comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly. They were happy to discuss matters with me, and the service was always prompt, which I greatly appreciate. In my opinion, I cannot find any fault with this establishment, I think I've found a new place for all my vehicle needs.

No breakdown list from the interim service…
Usually really good service me and my family have been using this branch for a number of years.
Car went for service and disappointing that there was no breakdown list from the interim service so no feedback not sure what if anything needs to be done soon for example no idea if tyre treads are ok ect

Above and beyond
Rocked up on a flatbed because of blow out on way to work.
Lads looks after me with a quick fix to get me back on the road when the compressor had broken. Meant I could get to the hospital and see my patients. Went back after work and had wheel replaced as promised.

Answer your Phone machine messages but great service once in the depot
I was not happy that I couldn’t get in touch with the tyre fitter depot as I couldn’t make the time I had booked.
I went in to chat with them the day before and was told my tyres were there & they could change the whilst I waited.
I did wait and within 20minutes I was away.
Great service & great price too.
Well done. Please answer you phones & even return messages left on your answering machine.
