Staff were friendly and helpfull but…
Staff were friendly and helpfull but they must have overbooked cars in.I had 2 tyres changed and it took 1hr 15min??? Crazy length of time.Previous places I have been took 20min or so.It doesn't take well over an hour to change 2 tyres! Not blaming the staff they were friendly but something is wrong.

We do appreciate all customer feedback and reviews however on this ocasion we have taken the time to investigate your comments further and study the depots CCTV.
Your booking was for 12.30pm and you arrived at the depot at 12.27pm, unfortunately due to earlier booked work taking slightly longer than it should have your vehicle was not started until 12.45pm. The two tyres were replaced and the vehicle was driven out the workshop at 1.35pm, from your booking time to completion was 55mins.
The average fitting time in the UK for two tyres is between 30mins and 1 hour.
Thank you for your kind words regarding the staff, and we are sorry if your tyres were not replaced in a quicker time.

Really good service.
Really good service.
Booked in for two tyres on a Saturday which as you can imagine is a busy morning for these places nevertheless sorted in under an hour which I don’t think you can grumble at.
Price was good and staff were friendly so I would recommend.

First Rate and Trustworthy…
I have had my car serviced and MOT’d here for the past two years. I have found them to be polite, efficient and competitive on price. From my experience they are also trustworthy. I felt that my previous garage were ‘looking for work’ when it was MOT’d (told me I needed new brake discs fitting although I’d only done 16k miles from new).
