On ist turning up the gentleman behind the counter was on the pc
Instead acknowleging me he carried on
I realise he was busy but just a word to say he would be with me soon would have shown some good customer service skills, this was for a good few minutes
My car was soon dealt with plus another gentleman but as there was no one in the office we had to wait for at least 20 minutes,and the other gentle did ask the lads in the shop floor if anyone could deal with our payment when he did finally return he did apologise but not a good experience
But the tyres were a decent price as a positive

Absolutely fantastic service 5 star ⭐️ service
Absolutely fantastic service car was booked in for MOT and sadly failed but the guys sorted my parts and quote within no time and ordered and will be done in a few days time. Fantastic staff and great banter 10/10 guys and won’t go anywhere else.

Standards gone to the dogs
I’ve used mr tyre more times than I can count and always been satisfied until now . I had an 11am appointment to fit two tyres . My car wasn’t taken in for 30mins . I watched as two young kids worked on my car in between laughing and joking with each other . Then one tyre wouldn’t seal against the rim . They messed around with it for half an hour before coming into the office for advice . Also an off duty member of staff bought a punctured tyre in along with his girlfriend and same two lads who were meant to be fitting my tyres saw to his problem first . . An 11am appointment and I left there at 12.45 pm .

Appointment booked on line, arrived 10-15 minutes before arranged time, workshop was busy but over an hour after arranged time before vehicle taken into workshop.
Once taken in worked on efficiently and with care. Tyres priced competitively .
