Had to wait for over an hour despite…
Had to wait for over an hour despite booking two days earlier. Didn’t have the tyres I chose online as couldn’t find them. Foul language displayed fragrantly across waiting room and in front of customers thankfully we didn’t have children with us. Very apathetic approach and not as professional as we would have liked. Will go elsewhere in future.
