Dewalt parts
Order placed 23rd April arrived eventually 4th of may customer service poor one part didn’t fit . Want yous them again .
A happy customer
I placed an order and unfortunately it had gone out of stock.
I called and the gentleman, who apologised and said that he could send 2 Trend18v router 2AH kit to me which I'd recieve tomorrow (I did) and as soon as the 4 AH batteries were in stock he will send me these and I could keep the 2AH batteries aswell.
I agreed and didn't think I'd get the additional batteries without chasing these up, 3 days later I received an email with a message that my delivery was on its way.
I recieved 2 additional 4AH batteries, as he said he would and also I was sent a free trend starter router bit set free of charge. Very pleased.
I read some reviews of displeased customers, but I have to say my experience was excellent, I will be using them again tp place new orders.

What a terrible company to buy from
What a terrible company to order from. No stock, no advisory of no stock after payment has been sent. Waited 7 working days before I enquired to where the parts are only to be told sorry all we have got is one spring, the rest is on back order. But they took the money ! Lets see how long the refund will take. Order number 506005

5 months later and no delivery!
Order placed 13th September 2023- Still not received. I constantly have to chase the order to be told false delivery dates. They have never phoned me once with an update.
Black & Decker Workmate Springs
I ordered springs for my Black & Decker Workmate and a notice popped up saying that due to stock taking at the manufacturer there was a delay on Black& Decker parts. Reading previous reviews I was suspicious that I had been scammed so I phoned MT&MC to cancel my order and get a refund and, to my surprise, was told there was stock and the items had been dispatched. Springs arrived the following day; very impressed with the service and speed of delivery. I would use MT&MC again but would recommend before ordering give them a call to verify items are available. Great Service!
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Avoid this company! They don't have the access to the parts they claim to have access to, and you will either get nothing or wait months and get the wrong item. No customer service that is any use either.
Very helpful & Speedy Service
I needed some spare parts for my Metabo Planer. After a google I came accross MTMC. I was unsure of what i needed to phoned and spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Peter. He advised me exactly for what i needed. They had stock and the parts arrived a few days later. Planer now back in action. So helpful and very speedy service. Will definetly use again

Disgusting,I ordered item,was told it was on back order,fair enough,waited 3 1/2 months for wrong item to arrive ,not the same one as in their photo.was told it was not their fault as draper had changed the item but kept same part number?

waiting 14 days . No communication. No delivery
After waiting 14 days since the order was placed and sending 2 emails i finally telephoned MTMC. i was informed They do not have my items in stock. what a shambolic company. no communication. no customer focus. Avoid, avoid avoid. totally unreliable. i will not do business with this company again and i caution others regarding their competence to provide a service.
Sorry to say disappointed
Sorry to say disappointed, price for item was good, in stock, payment made. Turned out not to have stock, ok, that happens, but not contacted & told this was the case. Sitting waiting expecting item, had to chase them myself to find out what’s happening. Told to expect call back, didn’t happen. Had to contact them again, to be told transaction cancelled. Only good thing, refund processed quickly. Fed up with companies advertising stock they don’t have. Not brilliant I’m sorry to say.
Disappointed
I have waited over 3 weeks for a rubber o ring. When I contacted the company I was told they look into it and call me back which they haven't as yet done.
Needed some bolts to repair my Bosch…
Needed some bolts to repair my Bosch hedgetrimmer. Found them on mtmc web site, ordered, and were delivered in a few days. I know this seems straight forward, but the hassle I've had trying to track down the right bolts elsewhere has been a real pain. Thanks Miles.
Would order from here again
I was weary of ordering from mtmc due to the reviews saying how hard it was to return faulty items.
I bought a Mafell track saw from here as the kit was £50 cheaper than any other retailer.
Service was great, I rang prior to ordering and the guy answered my questions about the kit and was pleasant to deal with. Ordered it and it arrived in 2 days. All brand new and well packaged. I'd use them again.

My Item never arrived. and have spent a lot of time trying to contact Miles tools with no success.
I have not recieved a refund or the product I ordered back in 2022

Hard to return faulty item
I found it very hard to return a damaged item they do not answer emails. On the phone Karen was helpful but in the end after unanswered emails, I had to do a Paypal dispute to get a refund.

All good - would use again.
I wanted a particular Makita power drill and Miles Tools had it listed on their website with a keen price and free delivery. Ordered, and it turned up a few days later, sensibly packed and delivered by a decent courier (DPD). No complaints here.
Don’t use
Very poor. Sent me the wrong product, I’ve contacted them multiple times now over the past 3 months. They are just blatantly ignoring me. I started a case through PayPal, I dropped the case because they contacted me to say they will replace the item. They sent a courier to collect the item but since I closed the case they are just ignoring me again. They have stolen my money and I’ll have to go through the long PayPal route to get it back.
I’d be very careful ordering from here unfortunately.

Excellent Service. Placed online order yesterday morning using the Free standard delivery service and it was delivered lunchtime today (Saturday)
