No part and no response, feels like a scam

Order a part over a month ago, still not received the part.
Contacted the shop three times with no reply and no explanation.
I’m going to have to report this as fraud through my credit card.

Dewalt Saw Guard, waiting 2 months….

Ordered a saw guard in September and it finally arrived today, over 2 months later. After a few weeks I rang and they said it had been shipped but they would send another. Not sure if it was back order or if it had actually been sent out and lost but I can now use the machine without losing any fingers

Needed a repair for my Dewalt drill...

Needed a repair for my Dewalt drill on its warrenty. From start to finish Karen and her staff took control of this time sensitive problem and arranged pickup and delivery. Isn't it great when people actually do their jobs! Thank you!

same as all the other bad…

same as all the other bad reviews,,bought an item,,it never arrived. rang them ,,told out of stock,,will be here next week,,,nothing arrived,,rang up was told someone would call back,,that never happened,,rang back asked for a refund,,still waiting for refund,,its 2024 and the company is treating customers like this,,,I will never use again,,just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing,,my bad,,,cant see them ;acting much longer

Absolutely disgraceful service.....

Absolutely disgraceful service.....if you can call failure to supply products ordered a service at all....

Ordered some parts for Hitachi skill saw and 3 weeks later received an email saying items were on back order, new ETA was another 3 weeks time....ok, I'll wait...... 4 weeks later I contacted them and got a reply stating a further delay of another 2 weeks, 2 more weeks later (I'm patient guy) I got another reply AGAIN a generic reply stating yet ANOTHER delay of 2 weeks!!!!
Sent them a reply asking for a human to reply and not fob me off again.......you guessed it.....no reply!!!!!

Have requested a refund via my bank, was issued a reply same day by my bank ......

Unbelievable

I rarely submit reviews on purchases but in the case of Miles Tool & Machinery Centre it is necessary.

My order for a replacement Hitachi drill chuck and a left hand special screw costing £40.48 was placed on 9/4/24 and nearly five months later the order was still unfulfilled and so was cancelled on 3/9/24 by me.

I have never experienced such incredible incompetence with poor service, virtually no communication, lots of excuses and feel I was just strung along for all this time. Oh and it now transpires outrageous pricing.

This is all confirmed by me placing exactly the same order with another company costing £26.97 (50% less) on 3/9/24 and delivered on 12/9/24. The new chuck and screw have been fitted into my old Hitachi Drill and all works fine.

I have read many reports/reviews on Miles Tool & Machinery Centre online expressing exactly the same sentiments as myself so can’t understand why they operate in this way and how they manage to remain in business.

I am writing to express my deep…

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my order #505136, placed on February 24th. The order was for a spare part for a Mafell saw.

Despite being informed initially that the part would be shipped soon, I have now been waiting for five months without receiving the item. Additionally, several emails sent inquiring about the status of my order have gone unanswered.

This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I feel as though I have been cheated out of my money.

I demand an immediate refund to my account. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I expect prompt resolution.
Feel free to adjust any details as necessary.

Miles Tools & Machinery Placed an order for spare parts and…

Placed an order for spare parts and like others on your site. told parts are on back order on 2 occasions. placed order 14 May 24. today 14 June still chasing, communication is very poor, had to chase them for updates. have now informed refund me if any further delays. suggest others order from reputable sellers of spare parts.

I have now received further notification that the parts are going to be further delayed until 21 June 24. although I already informed to refund me earlier.

Very poor service

Very poor service, took over two months to receive my order. If I hadn’t chased it up myself I’d have never heard from them. Constant lies when calling to find out status, every time I was told it would be next week, this went on for four weeks. Would NOT recommend

Made 2 orders from Them.On first one they said it should be back in stock after a week,week later they said exactly the same...after 5 weeks they offered me to cancel order and issue refund.On second order I have waited 3 weeks on parts...nothing arrived,contacted them and they leid to me that parts have been posted at same day when I made an order.Liers nothing else,very unprofessional company to deal with,surprised they are still on the market
