Honest, polite and reliable....among the best of British buisness

Really nice sales team who are happy to help, excellent communications and friendly staff.
I found them through "tough-built" as a UK supplier and they are now saved to my favourites.
This is the way British business should be, I would think that if you called them ranting and raving about an internet order they would not be as helpful, who would be?!
My Item arrived in a timely manner and I had called to enquire on delivery, the honest explanation of waiting for a supplier delivery was appreciated, as we're the updates and delivery 2 days later.
Ps toughbuilt cliptech is very good....as the name, it looks like it would last and you can register a 25 year guarantee although it comes with 2 regardless. It's well thought out, toughbuilt have done there research !

Fast delivery

When your machine is broken down, you need spare parts then you expect them to arrive quickly; this is what exactly MTMC does. They dispatch spare parts quickly in comparison with other online retailers. I have been purchasing spare parts from MTMC and always received them in a timely manner. Keep up the good work MTMC.

Heads up for customers

Still waiting on an order placed over 9 weeks ago for work machinery related parts. No proactive communication re back orders at all so will be avoiding this company in future.

DeWalt battery drill repair

DeWalt battery drill repair under an extended warranty.
All I did was fill in an on-line form with proof of purchase/warranty and I got an email later that day to say a courier will collect the item from me following day, I never even had to attach a label, just write a reference on the box. I requested that my home made parcel and packaging was returned with my drill upon its repair and about 10 days later it was delivered as requested,
Plus a working battery drill, rather pleased.

Should of read the reviews

Should of read the reviews, this company appears to be some sort of scam. Like most of these reviews I ordered some parts in December, and still no sign of it in February. Very little contact, other than a 2nd rough time scale after I queried my order, that came and went, and now non replies to e mails. They seem to just take people's money for nothing, I think it's time to report this as fraud.
Avoid this company.

On the right Bearing.

Needed new bearings in a dewalt chopsaw. Would it be worth the hassle.?
100% yes ! Googled the saw model for the parts diagram 'Miles' did the rest ...full list of parts and prices linked to search. Setting up the order was idiot proof. Parts came inside 24hrs ! Fitted .Done.! Very Happy. Use 'Miles' again in a heartbeat. Great Service. Faultless

Good value…

Couldn't find the tool lock for my black and decker angle grinder so purchased a replacement from this company. I have had the grinder for around 20 years so a little surprised i could find one. Good value product. Only negative was lack of information on the delivery, but would still purchase from them again

Slipped up not reading what everybody…

Slipped up not reading what everybody else had wrote who were or are trying to purchase spare parts.
I as most of the poor reviews here ordered some spare vacum tubes for a Bosch 18v vacum on the 11th of November & as of today 2nd Jan not a thing.
Really, as a company surely what your doing is illegal, ie taking people hard earned cash & not supplying what your advertising

Ordered some spares for makita leaf…

Ordered some spares for makita leaf blower the middle of November, after a week of not receiving them I enquired as to where my order was and was told that they wouldn’t be coming in until the 29/11/24 but would be sent.
It’s now 16/12/24 and still waiting.
Should have read the reviews before making any purchases.
