Great service, very well explained

I used MU to organise a POA and Will. David came to the house and explained everything in detail and led me through the process. He decided I didn’t actually need him to do the Will as it was a very simple one, but still took the time to explain the language etc. I would thoroughly recommend MU and have always used them for my financial dealings.

My wife and I were looking to write new and relatively straightforward Wills. We initially contacted the M Usher company using their simple online enquiry form, and received a prompt response, following which an initial session in the M Usher offices was arranged for a few days later, when the options for our Wills were clearly and concisely explained, and our various queries answered. Two draft 'mirror' Wills were quickly sent - within 24 hours - by email for perusal at our leisure, and we were pleased to find there were no errors in, or problems with, the drafts. A second session was arranged about a week or so later at the M Usher offices in Frimley, for the signing and witnessing procedure, which was all done efficiently. Overall, we were happy with the result.
