David Prior was very helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. He responded quickly and fully to our email queries and also useful spent time with us in our home

We added a more unusual change to ownership, ie tenants in common, which we found rather unclear. He did explain it more with the help of Tracy , but we only really understood the bare backbones of it. However it is included in our wills as we wanted.

He did state that we or our executors can contact Ushers for advice when required.

David, from the Estate Planning team at Michael Usher, was very approachable from the outset, after a short meeting at the offices in Frimley to discuss our requirements, our new wills were drawn up and provided for review prior to a second trip to sign and collect the documents. The service provided was professional throughout but delivered in a friendly and helpful manner.
