What was ordered @ delivered if anything was better than advertised. Delivery promise was a bit out, maybe because of Xmas volumes.

Amazing products and service, would definitely recommend Muddy Paws! My dog loved the products I purchased and delivery was quick and easy, will definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered a coat for my Pooch way before Christmas and am still waiting for it now 17th Jan, it'll be summer before it turns up. I certainly WILL NOT be buying from Muddy Paws again. In this day and age, you expect communication if an order is likely to be delayed or not in stock but nothing.

Great products , good prices and the only my order was delayed they contacted me to tell me.,

Ordered an item that their site was in stock however 6 weeks later and 2 phone calls no sight of it, tried to cancel as sourced elsewhere and all of a sudden they sent it so returned it and again 4 weeks 3 emails and a phone call to get a refund less delivery costs. What an amateur bunch of cowboys!

I have now made 2 orders with this company, both have failed to arrive. On chasing the orders I was told they were not in stock despite the website stating otherwise. I have now been offered a full refund for the first order but that was 6 Dec 17! They are now refusing to answer emails & I will be taking them to court to get the money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great Prices,limited stock but it was just before xmas my fault for not being orginised.

I ordered on the 17th December which on the website said Would be delivered before Christmas. One item arrived but the other items were missing. I rang when the office opened after new year and was told that 2 of the items had been substituted for something else by their supplier. A bit annoyed that no one had rang or emailed to inform me of this or let me choose what alternatives to order. When I was being told about the substitutions the person on the end of the phone was laughing at the situation. A delivery was sent next day to a change of address which I received and everything was fine with the products.

Ordered two dog coats as Christmas gifts for our family pets. The items were late being delivered but the customer service was very good. I received regular email updates regarding this and when I contacted Muddypaws, I got a very fast response informing me that I would received them before Christmas which was fine as that was my main concern.
The coats themselves are really good quality, very warm and waterproof...the Chihuahuas love them too.

I bought a diamond quilted jacket for our dog. The quality was even better than expected and our very fussy dog loves it. The sizing guide was very accurate and it has washed well. The website was easy to navigate and the service impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company and its products.

I found the website easy to navigate and ordering was very straight forward. I was told the items would be dispatched within a couple of days however after a couple of weeks I was still waiting. I called the company to be told the items were out of stock and would follow, I would have them before Christmas. One item did arrive however the second arrived only this week my order was placed Dec 1.
I would have liked the company to have contacted me to explain the situation rather than leaving me in the dark.
The products are great now that I have them, great quality and just what I wanted.

Ordered one of the Danish made dog coats and the quality is excellent, very warm, waterproof and washable. The dog loves it! Good value too.
Not delivered pre-Christmas but I did leave it a little late to order.

After initially having to chase up my order was told two of the items were out of stock, but was offered alternatives, which were then despatched immediately, even although this was Friday before Christmas. As these were being delivered to my work address did not receive until I returned to work, but this was not a problem. Our cat has taken to the dog's blanket, I might have to buy him one too!!!

My item was damaged and a Christmas present muddy paws sent me a replacement the next day, 2 days before Christmas. Saved the day excellent service thank you

My beagle was very pleased with his MuddyPaws products - he loved playing and snuggling up to the toy penguin and he looked very cosy in his new bed and blanket. Although the bed I ordered wasn't subsequently in stock, the company contacted me straight away to offer an alternative and still managed to deliver on the day I had specified, which was impressive as this was the weekend before Christmas. I would happily use this company again.
