Ordered my dogs coat on the 11th Dec and the delivery was 3-5 days,the coat arrived on the 23rd dec. I sent an email and was told that there was no stock. That a-side i am very happy with the quality of the product and the price.

Ordered a coat for my dog on 30th November. Should have arrived within 3-5 working days. It didn't. Sent numerous emails. Was told the coat was on its way. Arrived on 23rd December.

Purchased a gift for a Christmas present. It arrived on time, was as discribed and was of good quality. I would certainly buy from Muddy Paws again.

Excellent 5* service, very quick delivery,very good price.The Simply Fido are great quality dog toys my puppy loves.

Very happy to have come upon this site , I’d been looking everywhere for a red coat for my dog ...that fitted !..and was my choice of colour red 😁...and it came within 2 days of ordering,excellent quality and perfect for these cold rainy days ...🐶

I placed an order on 22nd December and paid £8.95 for express delivery and I’m still waiting for my item. I have emailed and telephoned to try and find out why my goods have not been received but I get no answers. I also placed another order a few days ago and have not heard anything from this either. The service is disgusting and I will be opening a dispute through PayPal for my money back.

bought a coat for our dog, very pleased with the product, but customer service not very good, when we placed the order told it was in stock and would be delivered 3/4 days, this cost 3.95, no delivery came, had to ring nearly 2wks later and they said they had a delay with their delivery!!, eventually did receive it but not good enough as paid for the delivery to be received as stated.

Found the website really easy to navigate and a true representation of the goods I ordered. I was reluctant to pay so much for the bed incase it my doggy didn’t take it-so glad I did. My lovely girl loves this bed and gets so much use out of it. Worth the money and all the reviews were accurate. Order arrived promptly!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I ordered a bed in October and it did not arrive! I have emailed and emailed and have not had a reply or a refund! How can this company operate?! Do not purchase anything from this company, you will be left out of pocket with no reason or response from the company.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.... I've been waiting 2 months promise after promise still no dog bed , NO REFUND

I bought 2 items which were both showing in stock for a 3 day delivery, after not receiving my order a week later I chased them up to see what was happening, I was told that there was a 3 week wait for my items and 1 of them was only a dog brush. I pointed out that the website said that they were both in stock and was told that there stock was not very accurate on the website. I agreed to wait longer as I wasn't in a major rush and 1 of the items was a lot cheaper than other companies. I contacted them again close to my expected delivery date to be told that here would be another 3 week wait for my order, I asked for a full refund by email and was told that it would take 4 days to process, I replied and asked why it would take so long to refund back to PAYPAL to which I never got a response. 4 days later and I still didn't have a refund so I opened a PAYPAL case and then the money got refunded almost instantly.

Disgraceful

I have a previous review dated 18th October. A bed I ordered and was charged for turned out to be 'out of stock', I only found out when I called to see where it was.

As of 24th December still no refund. Just quickly reading through the most recent reviews here shows a consistent theme.... orders placed and paid for, items not in stock, long wait for getting money back. How is a company allowed to run in this way? Shocking

I am not holding out hope on this a clear scam retailer after reading these reviews, I ordered an item was promised a 2 day delivery nothing arrived then told it was a supplier issue and would have it delivered in coming days.

I warn people don't use this company I am hoping to get my money back but looks like its going to take time. Clearly this company is selling items they don't have and don't even order them in and now having looked at the business online it would seem they are running a negative balance sheet and seems they are using unsuspecting customers money with no intention of forefilling orders. I suggest people talk to trading standards about this business

Do not use this company, I certainly wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from them.

Ordered a dog coat (26th October) that was listed as in stock with delivery from 3 to 5 days. Contacted them by email on 6th November to be told that there was a problem with their supplier and I'd have to wait a further 10 days. Told them that was unacceptable and to cancel my order and refund my money. They promised a refund that could take up to 5 days to process. No refund materialised so I raised a dispute through PayPal on 11th December. The refund appeared on my PayPal account the next morning!!

Very dodgy, do yourself a favour and stay well clear!

This is the worst company ever, 1 months and my order that cost me £33.00 has not arrived had to make a dispute on PayPal they promise every weeks that they will ship it out but bulshit never comes then the email you saying that it’s been shipped but not reference to track it or which courtier they have shiped with it.they should be called muggy company. Don’t make the mistake of buying from them waste of time.

Absolutely disgraceful
Ordered a dog bed on the 9th December. It did not arrive. I emailed and called. They kept saying they would ring me back and did not. They said they would have it sent straight from the suppliers but had obviously not. I wanted this bed for Christmas and will not be getting it. I then emailed for an immediate refund and have nor received it yet. Do not use this firm I would not be surprised to find it a total scam. I see they supply through Amazon. I wonder at them dealing with such a disreputable firm.
